Usually i don’t leave reviews on places but this time i figured i would. I took my younger sister and 2 other kids (ages 14-17) to look at halloween costumes (i’m an adult). We walked in with no issues as we just browsed the store looking at costumes. As we were getting ready to leave one of my sisters friends had a gold chain prop in his hand and set it down in the wrong place. not justifying his actions but a caucasian gentlemen came up to us and told a 15 year old he was kicked out the store. he was also following my sister and her friends around the whole time we were shopping. it’s like he was looking for a reason to tell us to leave when we were simply browsing costumes. Me being a manager in retail i don’t think his actions were appropriate especially towards kids who are doing nothing wrong and are with an adult. He claims he was “loosing business” by the prop being set down in the wrong place but i think his actions caused him to loose business because we will not be going back there. Very poor attitudes from everyone there.

extremely rude employees, overpriced as hell. found a costume listed for 60$ and found it online for 24.99. that is not how you retain customers. do NOT recommend

Extremely over priced, cheap, and shady.
For example just spent 70 bucks on a skeleton for a trunk or treat and it is very cheaply build. Target had a much better one for $40

Good shopping experience. Well stocked with many costumes and accessories even the day before Halloween. Nice layout and well organized. Quick checkout and great friendly service. But know that the parking lot is SMALL and you will have to go back out on Kirkwood and go into ther next business and park in their lot. Otherwise good store even for last minute pick ups.

The new location on Kirkwood hwy in Roselle Center, next to BJs makes it easier to see from road. The staff are friendly & helpful. I would recommend stopping here to look for a costume for your needs (open year round) and selection is good, prices are decent. Take a look before going anywhere else.
