Hi Team,

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of progress on my order placed on 6/02. It has been over 15 days, and there’s no sign of a tracking number or any update. This is unacceptable!

I need an immediate update on the status of my costumes. If they are not on their way by Today, I demand a full refund. The level of service so far is a complete joke, and I am beyond disappointed.

This situation requires urgent attention and a prompt resolution. Get back to me ASAP with a concrete update on my order.

I recently bought a costume which was shipped quickly and was extremely well packed. It did however already have holes in and came away from the seam before I could wear it to my party. I contacted the customer service through their online chat and explained the situation. The agent was very helpful and kept me informed of the process which was quick resolved and a full refund has now been receievd. The service I have received has been nothing less than fantastic and professional. Will use them again in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM. I placed an order and my account was charged yet a few days later I got an email saying my payment was declined and they canceled my order. When I tried to contact them I kept getting the same pasted message without resolution.

The Costume Land offers a perfect quality of service. I ordered a costume with express shipping because I needed it for a specific date. The company had some issues when they prepared the shipment so in order for me to get it on time, they ended up shipping it overnight, without charging me any extra fee. They answered all my requests in a few hours in a very friendly and professional way. I will definitely order all my costumes with them in the future.

If I could leave no star at all I would ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IT’S A SCAM !!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous ! Bought a costume from them and even paid for the express shipping … they charged me and send me a confirmation number and a tracking number and then after a week without any news and trying to track down my order I send a message. They answered me that my order has failed because what I ordered is now out of stock …. It wasn’t when I did and they still charged me for it and are not paying me back ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

I got my "Iron Woman" costume before I was supposed to get it. And it is AWESOME. I was soooo skeptical about buying from this new company with no reviews, especially just because buying a bodysuit online can be sketchy anyways, but it was perfect. The size measurements they give you are spot on. The pricing is great. They usually have some sort of discount. Definitely will buy from them again!

I ordered from this site on monday and I was definitely excited about my costume. I paid for express shipping and did not receive a tracking number. When I finally went back to the website, it says my costume should be here Friday. Angry because I spent almost $50 for express shipping for it to possibly be late. I haven't been able to reach customer service for a refund of my express shipping cost.

This place is a scam , sends out product that is wrong face mask and then sold out but then the next day somehow they have tons in stock under a different company name on Amazon . Tee Jay Traders is another name they use.
