Been living here for a month. The first thing I noticed was how residents and the team were considerate and thoughtful. Everyone is kind, polite and inclusive. My apartment is clean and polished, never seen bugs or rodents anywhere. The complex is beautiful and clean. We love hanging by the pool and the fire pit. If you would like to live in a safe community with kind people don’t think twice to rent from here. This review comes from a person who is difficult to please, so future residents should take it into consideration. Lastly, there are fun events every month. This month the Courtney at Bay Pines team brought a Kona Ice Truck for residents to enjoy a cup of icy for free. I thank Jeff, Angela, and Elisette for their hard work and dedication to keep Courtney at Bay Pines beautiful.

I moved here in between hurricanes.I had toured the property at least 3 times making sure this is where I wanted to live. Kimberly in the front office was so sweet, patient and helpful. It was a bonus that she lived here. Her and Jeffrey reassured me my apartment would be in great shape when I moved in and it was! Everyone that lives here is so nice! A lot of people have lived here more than 5 years. That to me says a lot about the complex. The communication is so appreciated. I will probably become a long term resident. There is so much in the area to walk or bike to.

We’ve only been here 4 months but this place is ridiculously overpriced, and are already so ready to move out and be done. Notified the main office there was poop smeared in our elevator and was told Too bad, maintenance won’t be back in for 2 days. It took 4 days to get it cleaned! We pay monthly for “Pest Control” never once seen anyone out spraying around doors or the outsides of buildings. Called about cockroaches in our home over the last month and was told the pest control would take care of it soon. We had an emergency needed to move back home quickly, management totally unwilling to even work with us. We were told “Every single unit is being occupied” now from the last 2 storms, and they had more waitlisted but yet won’t let us out early. Even finding applicants ourselves to take over the lease was a no. Subletting also a no, even when they’d be receiving the same amount monthly. Stay far far away from this complex and company

Absolutely terrible staff. They will find a way to rip you off. My wife and I just completed an eight month lease. We paid on time kept the place in perfect condition. We were treated with shocking disrespect and our money was never refunded with no explanation.

Take my advice and go anywhere else.

Rent is expensive but in a great, quiet location! 4-7 minutes away from the beach and close to all your necessities. Super clean upon move-in and decent turn-around time for maintenance requests. Elevators are a plus. Jeff in the leasing office is the BEST! I walked in without an appointment for a showing (I was moving to Florida in a few weeks) and he dropped everything to show me a unit/help me out and was super responsive afterwards (and I called a ton!) He made my decision to lease here pretty easy. I recommend!

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean, spacious, luxurious apartments. Courtney & Ashley did a great job communicating with my girlfriend and I as we transitioned from out of state and assisted us in making the move-in process very smooth and stress-free. Looking forward to moving-in next week. Great location near VA Bay Pines & Madiera Beach.
