Won tickets for our first ever time here and let me tell you, it was awesome! We arrived at dark, already people lining up. We were treated like true VIPs and it was so so much fun! Got to meet the owner and his mom and lots of firefighters past and present . Actors and actresses were so awesome! Makeup and costumes were so good ? and lots of screams and scares at every turn. It was so fun. Lots of twists and turns and maze like houses ,buildings& trails. Was so fun. We had Vip and I think that would be definitely worth paying for to skip most of the waits and lines and get in front of the groups so you get all the scares ? thank you to Billy and everyone who volunteered and who has worked on the haunt it was unique, scary and fun! There was plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of there. Felt safe. Was fun going thru the darkness outside and in the structures.Lots of work and time put into the decorations and set up
.There are some stairs, slanting floors and uneven trails for those with mobility isuues..afew tight squeeze areas in houses too. All added to fun of it for us .there are some tshirts for sale at the front and a few places with some food -sodas,coffee,and hotdogs, burgers. Deep fried sweets etc. The vendors were friendly and food we got was good! Super cute gift shop with crochet horror characters and venus fly trap decor, halloween decor, beaded spiders and voodoo dolls all so so cute and unique i wanted it all!! Some vendors accept card payments but most were cash only, as is the haunt if buying tix day of...can buy online tho... . Theres a 5$ haunted house for kids who may want to try to see if they like it or not. No scare actors in that. Thats a good idea. And they offer to take your photos and you can look them up online next day! We had a blast- we went thru twice tonight!! So worth any drive time & wait times and cost --20/person adults. 35 for vip i believe
. and proceeds go to volunteer firefighters ! Thanks again for having us. Will be back !!

Bottom line up front: Get there early or don’t go at all.
The experience of the haunted forest once you get in is not bad; the actors do a great job and the price is worth it for the scares and for the fact that the money supports a good cause.
My real issue with the haunted forest is twofold. 1: The lines are split between paying and gaining entry to the attraction, so you don’t realize that you have a potential 2-3 hour wait ahead of you until after you buy a wristband. This is after you may have already been waiting for 1-2 hours. This honestly feels purposely misleading so you will buy your wristband before you have the opportunity to fully weigh the time cost. 2: The attraction is clearly woefully unprepared for the rate at which it has grown in popularity. This means that there is a lack of restroom accommodations (only a very few porta-potties stationed sparsely), there is only one person taking cash at the entry (line to pay gets extremely long very fast), and volunteers have to start cramming groups together to get through the attraction by the end of the night because the line is still very long even close to midnight.
My group got there at around 7 pm and we didn’t leave until almost midnight. We probably would have just left if we knew up front how long the wait would be, but we didn’t see the second, even longer, line until after we had waited an hour and a half and purchased our wristbands.
If tickets could be purchased in time blocks with limited tickets for each block, most of my issues would be resolved. The response from the organizers to some of the complaints in the reviews has also been both shocking and disappointing.
I am still glad that I could support a good cause and I’m thankful for the work the volunteers put in, but my overall experience with the haunted forest is so dampened by its issues that it makes it a one star experience.

Loved the experience in 2024! I paid cash for ticket and got a 20 minute experience. Very dark, spooky vibes, and the security was great. There was 3 houses to go through and some forest trails between and it took a bit to get through.
Strobe light and claustrophobia warning.

Would go again! Recommend for anyone who likes horror, thrills, and spooky vibes. I got everything I hoped for and more.
Definitely a go with friends event.

Very scary! It's like a haunted DMV. Wait for a hour and a half to pay then another hour and a half afterwards only to still be waiting in line with up to a hundred people in front of you.
Probably a fun experience if you're a teenager with a group of friends that enjoys skipping everyone in line.

This used be our favorite haunted "house", but it feels like a serious downgrade from last year. The actors are great and do their best, but there's way too many people placed in groups. It also felt more like mazes rather than actual actors trying to scare us.

We became stuck along with about 18 other people in one particular maze. The people ahead of us couldn't find their way out and decided to turn around, but there wasn't any room. The scariest part of the whole thing were when these people began freaking out and started putting their hands on others to push them out of the way. We honestly thought people were going to start throwing hands because it was getting out of control. One girl was nearly hyperventilating. This whole experience really ruined the immersion, especially after paying the price for VIP tickets.

I think we would've had a far better experience if groups were spaced further and the mazes had workers regulating people to make sure they kept moving forward.

Line was really long. We got there a little after 7pm and were in line for about 2 1/2 hours, which sucks, but it’s not their fault obviously. It’s what happens when a place is popular and busy. Most of the teenagers waiting to go through also suck, but that’s teenagers today ?‍♀️, that’s on parents. We should have paid for VIP, so that’s on us.

Overall, we loved the walk through and it was well put together. Unfortunately it’s not scary to us because haunted attractions don’t scare us or affect us but we still love going because spooky season is the best season. We brought our 4 year old daughter through and she absolutely loved it and asked to go again. Would def go again but pay for VIP next time! Also get there earlier because by the time we left, the line was out near the food vendors.

Very dark and hard to see but we thought that made it fun. There was one house that made you panic (it was a fun type of panic) because it was so full of fog you could not even see your hands. I truly felt blind in that house. Do not go if you have seizures. There are tons of strobe lights! We loved it and thought it was worth the wait for us
