This was a very unique haunted house experience compared to others I’ve done! It involves a portion of sensory deprivation that is extra interesting. The storyline i felt could have been better, as it was a little hard to follow what was going on. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend for a group of people. The bar was pretty neat too with yummy fall drinks and cool decor! There was also a survey before and after for a UF psychology research project.

Fun and spooky experience! We didn’t know what to expect, but it was only $15 so we figured what the heck. The lack of sight really added a sense of fear, and the headphones made it feel like the host was literally right behind you. The whole experience was so creative, and very impressive for the first year! I’m very excited to come back next year and see what else they can cook up 🙂

I thought it was really different from other haunted houses I've been to. Not traditionally scary, but a lot of fun! The staff were all amazing and did a great job. May not be for the serious blood and guts type but definitely something the whole gang could do even your tender souled friends. I thought the price was very fair, especially in this economy! They also had a cool bar in the front with some signature cocktails/ mocktails, beer and wine. Seating and some card games and board games.

This was not scary whatsoever, it mixed sensory blindness with “a haunted house,” except neither were scary. The first part was maybe a few minutes and the “haunted house” was merely a 2 minute walk through with very minimal jump scares. Waiting for this was longer than the entire duration of the experience. Not worth the money whatsoever, do not recommend. Wish I could get my $26 back SO bad.

Gainesville fear garden is a very unique experience.
Those who grew up reading horror stories and watching Stephen King will enjoy because it plays more into the psychological than the jump scare "intense factor".
The staff are 10/10 great
The experience is 10/10 fun
7/10 scary
10/10 scary if you think about it.
Can't wait to go again. Thank you for making my night great Gainesville Fear Garden Staff!

I do not recommended this at all. Not fun and not scary. We spent longer doing surveys than the actually experience took. It’s supposed to be a psychological experiment, but it was just boring and weird. I really would not recommend this to anyone. Just watch a scary movie tbh. I wish I could get my money back.

Incredible experience. Definitely not a usual haunted house. Most haunted houses are just jumpscares, but this one truly induces fear and axiety. It's really unique.

I drove from Jacksonville Florida to experience this. It was not scary at all. I could have stayed home and watched a quiet place that would have scared me more. I did not enjoy all of the surveys that we had to do before we got to experience anything about three to be exact. DROP THE SURVEY GUYS THAT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE.
