I visit this store every time we visit Vail and it's always a wonderful experience. They have a wonderful selection and the atmosphere has always been inviting. I've also been there when there was an issue with the credit card machine but since I don't feel entitled to immediacy I just looked around the store more until the issue was resolved. Already looking forward to my next visit!

A place like this should not be asking for tips at the register. Otherwise, it’s a nice place.

Was really looking forward to exploring this store, but was a huge letdown and due to the behavior of the worker didn’t even bother checking their inventory. Came by at around 1pm in the afternoon to a sign that said back in 30 minutes, but with no time of when they left or when they would be expected back. When I came back an hour later, I said it would be helpful for us customers to know when you left or when you would be back so that we could plan. I was met with a curt, “well don’t you think I deserve a lunch”. And I said of course everyone deserves a break and rest, but would be useful to know. “Well just do the time from when you saw the sign then!” So instead of buying my souvenirs and gifts (planned on a spending a few hundred dollars easy), simply left for many of the other stores that don’t abuse their customers.

Nice little store. Lots of selection and if you can't find what you're looking for, just ask and someone will help you.

I don't know how the employees don't go mad or lose all meaning for Christmas since they have to listen to Christmas music all year - but hey - not my problem. It gives the place nice atmosphere!

Great selection of Christmas ornaments and other items. The Christmas music playing was festive! We got a Vail ornament and two baby frame ornaments for our twin girls. Wonderful store!
