My family and I recently stayed here and I'll give an honest review.
THE GOOD
1)The staff was amazing and extremely friendly.
2)The cleaning lady's were extremely accommodating to whatever we asked for.
3) location is amazing
4) rooftop pool and garage with free parking was awesome ... Some hotels in Dewey charge you to park even though you are staying at their hotel which I think is insane...

THE NOT FAIR
1) I saw a couple people complain about there being too many trash bins around the hotel... If you ever stayed in Dewey you would learn that it's actually a great thing ... Yeah it doesn't look aesthetically pleasing but I promise you beer cans thrown all over would look worse.

THE BAD
1)I hate saying this but it's true ... The carpets need to be redone ... Everything in my room was extremely clean except the rugs... Any white socks we wore turned black after minutes of walking around ... The hallway carpets had a lot of stains as well ... I feel like a cheap fix of the carpets would instantly make this hotel 5 stars...
2) this only pertains to my family but we were told by the manager upon leaving that we couldn't book the spa bath room again because we have 2 small kids ... I understand a rule is a rule but as a responsible parent I'm not sure what the issue is. The only reason we did stay here was because of the spa bath room so we will likely stay somewhere closer to the heart of Dewey if this policy doesn't change.... If it does we will gladly book our vacation here again next year.

This hotel is great. Right by the beach. Our room had a really nice view of the bay. We got a room with two queen beds. The room was a good size. Nice sized mini fridge and it has a small freezer in it as well. We left the room and came back several hours late and our room looked great. She restocked our towels and our toiletries. The beds were made and she even put our stuffed animals nice and neatly on our pillows. It was very cute. Nice little touch. They only allow you to park one car in the garage, but there is ample street parking that you can pay for by the day. It was 31 dollars for 24 hours. We are very satisfied with this hotel.

Great location, but…
1- outdated, rooms look ok but furniture is not only outdated but also very cheap.
2- the pillows are awful, they look more like throw pillows, see pictures.
3- went to ask if those were the only pillows they have and front desk person said she didn’t know, “it is what it is” type of attitude.
4- at time of reservation it said free continental breakfast included, no, there isn’t! The guest book also said that.
5- 1st floor does not have elevator access, but it’s also not ground level and you do have to climb stairs regardless.
6- the hallway carpet is awful, see video!
7- pool is less than mediocre
8- shower curtain does not keep water from getting the whole bathroom wet

Do not recommend! Location is great, steps away from the beach and restaurants, there is free parking at least, but not worth the cost.

I just really hope there aren’t any bed bugs 😖

The rooms are adequate. Clean and sufficient to put your head at night. The rooftop pool area is small but clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Now for the best part. Location. Location. Location.

The beach is a short walk down the parking lot. Not one street to cross. There is also a fantastic restaurant, Nalu, that shares a parking lot as well. Otherwise, so many options for food and things to do nearby. I found this place by chance a few years ago and have come back every year since.

Stayed over the 4th of July for a couple of nights and was blown away by the kindness of all the staff we interacted with. The hotel itself is older, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. And the location is perfect. Great rooftop pool and lounge area plus off street parking. Would highly recommend!

I decided last minute to attend a show at Bottle and Cork on a Thursday mid-June and got a room just for the night. The room was clean. I was on the first floor and my window faced Coastal Highway and the Rusty Rudder. Noise was no issue for me. I heard nothing but the air conditioner in that room. Some of the other reviews I read prior to booking mentioned it being noisy and that wasn’t my experience. The location is convenient to many places. Seriously, the town is only about a mile long so you really walk anywhere. The beach was not even a whole block away. There is a garage for parking. There was coffee and tea in the front desk area. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room rate was reasonable considering how close it was to the beach and the time of year. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
