Malísimos apartamentos no tienen insolación por lo tanto no tienes privacidad y en la oficina nada más te escuchan pero no hacen nada y la corporación igualmente de mala los dueños ni se diga no les importa solo les interesa que les pagues la renta a tiempo no los recomiendo para vivir a parte son demasiado pequeños no sirven

We moved here in 2019 and like it. The units are "small" 900sqft 2 bed one bath. Some units have reasonable AC units and dishwashers. Most of the units, especially the corner units, NEED more powerful AC units to combat the constant heat. The AC repair tech all agreed, but corporate is too cheap to acknowledge that fact.

Multiple issues with the first manager Maria taking cash only charging $50 for a gate clicker regardless if we just needed a battery she would charge us for a brand new one (layer found she was pocketing the cash). She would always have a ride comment or three if we brought any issue to her attention, after living here for three weeks we had electric issues and had to tell her tech to shut up and do his job before he realized we were right that something was off out box should have been run by two 30 apms but they had wored it to one causing the breakers to flip)

As the years have passed living here we kept to ourselves and enjoyed going all out with the neighbors having a decoration war of sorts with inflatables and pumpkings the children decorated but as of August 2024 corporate cared more about brand new paint job to make the outside look nice for potential renters rather than maintain current occupied units to avoid us from terminating our lease and leaving. We have voiced our concerns about maintaining our units with repairs but get the "landlord special" of a quick slap of fresh paint with 80% of our issues along with a handful of snarky remarks.

Any infestation are a result of an older couple who refuse to leave their apartment, you can SMELL the roach nests as you walk past their door but management is not allowed by corporate to have an exterminator come out so we have to deep clean and scrub our homes every day twice a day and get traps and different repellant products just to maintain our units.

Contently, every time we attempt to contact the corporate gal Maria Gomes(different Maria than manager who is now been fired), she is in a meeting or too busy to get back to us.
If we try to make this dump a home with any personal items such as small plants by our doors, garen gnomes or any small decoration we all of a sudden Get a notice to take them down before management takes them down. And I say dump because it is just that! Lipstick on a pig but still a pig. Unreasonable rent increases whenever they feel like it no central heating/air, no modern appliances, wood rot on the door frames, door locks malfunctioning "due to heat." The new manager Serena does her best to personally handle any requests she can in a timely manner, but her hands are tied with how STUPID corporate has been.

Even here since January, really nice and reasonable priced place to live, maria is absolutely awesome gets back to us as quick as she can. so far the only down side is the AC unit is in the living room has no remote so I have to use a stool to turn it on, and when it is hot outside the bedroom(with 4 plug in fans on) gets to be 105 so not the best situations for a baby. But hopefully maintenance will install one for us soon

Apt is not to bad The people in the office there is the problem when u requesting to fix something in the apt “”The manager”” for every request she need autorización from supervisors that raking longer and longer to autorización but before she just making you waisting time . The payment of the rent has to be paid no later than the 3rd of each month, for the 4th it is already $25 dls more hAaaa and every year they raise the rent but when you need arrangements in the apartment there if they are made p.nd.jos
