My event for Denver was scheduled for early October and after postponing the event 3 TIMES it’s moved to next year in April. Under their own policy if they can’t make up the date in 90 days you supposedly get your money back. I have emailed them and direct messaged them only to be ignored for weeks. Don’t waste your money you won’t even get it back if you bought the protection plan like I did!

Y’all please!! This was ridiculously overpriced for nothing! $53 for a lantern that costs less than $10 and an off brand sharpie and that’s it. Plus $30 for parking!!! Please please save your money the lanterns are a cool sight but it’s not worth it. ( I’m so sorry to say this but the entertainment was very very poor) I’m so bored I’m writing this review because there’s nothing to do! The pictures are deceiving and so is the events description.

💖 Magical 💖 I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF MY ANNIVERSARY SURPRISE!
I truly lived a Disney Princess moment (Rapunzel in Tangled) with my Principe's arms wrapped tightly around me watching everyone's hopes, dreams and well wishes floating upwards towards the heavens!
Wedding proposals, birthdays, uplifting inspirational self care moments, anniversaries, memorials- all a time of celebration!
We honored Papi and Grammy's memory in addition to our special day. Perfect moments!
I highly recommend it! The Lighted Lantern Send off for our 4th Anniversary= It's another thing off my bucket list! Super magical memories- moments, not things

Each adult ticket ($41) includes one lantern and a marker, which you will receive when you check-in at the event. Children under 3 are free. You do have to pay for parking $10 for general parking or $20 for VIP. We upgraded to VIP im 7 months pregnant and couldn't walk with all our gear and 1 year old half a mile to the entrance. No one scanned our tickets or checked our cooler. The bouncing castle and rock wall cost $5 per person but then was free at some point durring the night (thankful we didn't buy tickets and I wouldn't have anyway). You can purchase personal fire pits for $26 however that was short lived due to the extremely dry grass constantly catching on fire. Food and soft beverages were available for purchase. Rice bowls, Philly cheese steak sandwiches, fried strawberry cheese cake, soda and water things like that. The tiki torches are generously spread out and you don't have to worry about lighting them because someone comes by to do that. Make sure you bring chairs, blankets, or towels to sit on. Some people wore a mask some didn't im not from that area so I'm unaware If that county has a different mask mandate. Even the announcer said you can wear a mask and if you choose not to thats fine to. Towards the end while we were leaving a couple approached us asking if we were done assuming they were going to sit down and they just yanked the tiki out of the ground which I'm pretty sure you're not suppose to do... over all we had a blast and it is such a great experience watching all the lanterns drift away while they play hallelujah. There is also live music and different things they do interactively with the crowd to pass time before releasing the lanterns.

We paid alot of money to go to this event at dade city florida was a huge dissapointment. We paid 130.00 to watch a cartoon plus 30.00 for parking. Very dissapointment.

After receiving emails stating that you should buy tickets FAST because they are selling out the event I was attending was cancelled due to lack of enough interest which makes no sense in itself but refunds aren't issued for a whole month after the cancellation which is completely ridiculous. I don't know if the whole thing is a scam or not but even if it isn't, I don't see why they need to hold onto your money for so long or how it can even be legal to do so. With that being said, I won't be attending another event with this much hassle.

Last night was our 3rd time going. It seems like every time we have gone, some things improve but others get worse. Getting in took awhile because the guys collecting your money take forever. Plus, why not just say what the charge is for the event and not double the price with $25-$40 parking? Getting out was way faster this year, which was awesome. Better vendors, food, and hot coco options this year. Biggest downside is policing the crowd. It is getting worse and worse. Lots of pot smokers (yuck smell) and people of other languages who either pretend not to speak English or just ignore the requests many times from the stage to WAIT UNTIL MIDNIGHT TO RELEASE. They just do whatever they want and it takes away from the overall effect. Maybe you can give instructions in spanish and other languages from the stage, but they seem to be all about themselves. One group next to us went around and just took (stole) the fluid containers from other torchers and had 5 of them around themselves. Fortunately someone eventually came around, asked if they spoke English and set them straight. He was shaking his head as he returned the top of the torch they took from next to us. So 3 stars for some improvements, but also set backs.
