Aside from having standard celebration decorations, this store should not be looked over, especially at Halloween. This store has a healthy stock and supply of dozens of varieties of costumes and accessories. I was overwhelmed by the supply. As much as I love Spirit Halloween stores, this store has dressing rooms.

Honestly, it would be a 4 star review they have a lot of various party supplies. However, they refuse to let you use their restroom. The only places I encounter this issue is when i travel to 3rd world countries. They tell you to go to other stores that makes it awkward, businesses do not appreciate you using their restrooms if you are not buying anything from them.

Horrible customer service and lack of solutions provided by the owner. I came to return an opened wig. I was told that all sales are final. I asked if a store credit could be issued, but she denied it. I’m left with an unused and unworn wig. The owner didn’t offer any type of resolution. Meanwhile, Party City, Walmart, Target, etc do allow for store credit to be issued. This is the problem with small businesses they do not cater to the consumer. Please save yourself the grief and shop at Party City or a major retailer.

Purchased a balloon for my granddaughters 6th Birthday on a Saturday, party was Sunday and the balloon was already deflating. Looked terrible.
