I went to Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, Dollar store and no one had cellophane wrapping paper, decided to stop by this little party store because it’s right next to my job and they had it!! and for a good price too, the nice lady at the counter knew exactly where it was and she was really helpful. Definitely recommend this place. I saved myself a trip to Lodi Hobby Lobby.

This is a locally owned business and the employees are great. They have so much stuff and if they don't have enough of what you need they will call their store in Modesto and will have what you need sent to the Stockton store. If you haven't shopped their you should!

If no stars was an option that would be the rate given!! I purchased a $27.00 8 balloon arrangement for my baby's promotion and planned on taking pictures the next morning. We woke up to 6 balloons ON THE FLOOR!! when I called to get the smaller 6 balloons replaced they said they advise all their customers that better long lasting balloons can be purchased for an extra cost, which was not advised to me and they refused to replace $6.00 balloons which would have rectified the issue they caused !!! Just awful so I had to purchase another set which cost me $60.00 total ,NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

The balloon and helium quality was very good. My balloons last a long time after my party. However when you pay a large amount for balloons or a bouquet of balloons customers should be provided a bag to safely transport their balloons. Spent roughly 50 bucks on balloons but when I asked for a bag to exit the store I’m charged 2 more dollars. Also might want to consider customer service training for some employees as one lady came off very rude when I asked to refill my balloon as it was hissing and appeared to have a hole. Barely made it outside and my balloon snagged something but when I asked for a bag she wanted to charge me and also comments we usually don’t refill balloons for free ?‍. Very rough experience. Hopefully your employees have a little better hospitality especially with paying customers
