Cuando tuve que ir a estados unidos, le comenté a un colega que hotel podía escoger, el me dijo que este. Según el era muy bueno, yo no lo creí mucho, pero cuando llegué era el paraíso, o sea, nunca vi algo tan bueno, una atención tan excelente y personalizada. Le agradezco de corazón a todas las personas que trabajan ahí y a mi colega por recomendarme este hotel.

la ubicación para conocer los valles de viñedos es muy buena, tiene muchas cosas que hacer por proximidades, parking gratis, wifi incluido, el personal muy atento, el desayuno está muy bien y las habitaciones son muy bonitas, muy relajante

If you are Rio Nido, this is the coffee and relaxation spot! Great service, lots of options, hours are sketchy but hey . . . It is Rio Nido. We love this place. I wish they would not have installed drink fridges in the bar because they are really noisy and kill the indoor vibe. The outdoors is 100% perfection. Live music when you can get it.

CAUTION: They do not change the room codes between guest.
Stayed 2 nights, first night room was dirty, second night a strange drunk man came in our room.
FIRST NIGHT: went to take a shower and noticed dirty washcloths in shower. Checked the bed and the sheets were dirty. Went to the lobby and a guy, Steve drinking a glass of wine and weaving from wine asked if he could help. He came back to our room and agreed it was a dirty room. He took us to another room where the bed was unmade and clearly dirty. Then he tried another room which was questionable as to whether it had been cleaned. He called the housekeeper who came to clean our room. The mattress pad was filthy (see pics) and we asked for a clean one which they did not have.
SECOND NIGHT: Went to have a cocktail at the bar before bed. The bartender opened a bottle of wine so we could have a glass, she said she was only supposed to sell that wine by the bottle and then proceeded to pour herself multiple glasses. She also ate off the plate of a customer sitting at the bar. A guy walked up in a red sweater and told her another customer was ready to pay. We went to our room and began getting ready for bed and right as we were undressed our door lock clicked, the door opened and the guy from the bar with the red sweater walks in. Very scary and upsetting. He left and we could hear arguing, we walked out to see what was happening. The guy who walked in our room was talking to the champagne drinking bartender. She was telling him to just go and he said, "I guess I'll sleep alone again tonight". When we complained the owner refused to do anything about it and said since we stayed both nights we would not be refunded. They said we were in the wrong room but our confirmation email listing the room number is the room we were in and the room code which allowed us to enter the room was also confirmed in the email. Room 11 code 441121.

Let me begin by saying that I travel a great deal, use AirB & B a lot and owned and operated a successful, moderately priced, B & B for 14 years. |We booked a six night stay here on Air B &B to allow us to explore this area. This was the worst experience I have ever had at an Air B & B. Be forewarned: our room and the others we saw did not look at all like the room pictured! We learned that the facility really offers only hotel rooms with a refrigerator and microwave; no other useful “ accessories “.||There were no dishes or cutlery provided; in fact, there were not even any plastic cups or glasses ( to get a drink of tap water) or a bucket for ice. There was no table or counter space to prepare even the simplest food. The rooms did not have any chairs or tables for guest use. The only seating was on the bed. There was no where to place clothes ( not even a shelf) and no hangers on the clothes rod. ||There is no AC and no ceiling or portable fan. Most rooms have only one window, which does not allow for much air circulation. We did not stay six nights as planned; we left with little sleep after a miserably warm fifth night . The owners did not acknowledge our request for a partial refund.||During our “shortened” stay our room did not receive any housekeeping; no fresh linens after five days, no removal of trash or recyclables.||My impression is that the owners are charging what the market will bear and care little about the quality or convenience of the guest experience.||“Complimentary” coffee was suppose to be available (as there is no coffee making device in the room); however, the coffee was not available every morning.||There was a king bed, and the bed and bathroom linens were clean.|I cannot recommend and would not return!!!!

I Can’t believe it has been two weeks since our marvelous family retreat at Rio Nido Lodge. We wanted to fully express our appreciation and gratitude for your helping to make this family event everything I had dreamed, and even exceeding our dreams and expectations for the three days that you allowed us to ‘take over’ your property.

We also appreciated Cherie’s going above and beyond with our breakfast offerings, far more than expected.

The Lodge proved to be a perfect setting for our family retreat, and the facilities, including the fun and unexpected park area, are amazing and enhanced our family celebration and connecting.

This little hidden gem is the new talk of the town!!
Nothing but a great experience.
I visited this place for the first time ever and was instantly impressed by the cozy feel.

The owner is a busy busy women and you can tell she really cares about it.

They have the absolute cutest little retail spot. A very stylish clothing rack in the middle of the redwoods!!! I was stoked because I was so hot and I bought the cutest tank top and flip flops for a very reasonable price.

The outdoor seating area is very well kept and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich in the morning.

New fave local spot forsure!
