Selection isn’t bad, I have found a few things for a good price but every single time I’ve went the staff has been rude to me in one way or another. Some things are understandable like something having a colored tag that would make it 50% off but when I get to register they let me know despite it being the color it’s not half off. Or something being priced too low in their eyes so once again I get to the register they tell me what the price will be. Or the fact that prices are ripped off of a lot of items which in turn stops people from getting the color discount. I would understand if it was a small business but it’s not it deters business by being greedy. The prices at times are very high and unaffordable for the population who shops at the thrift stores.

I don’t know who’s managing this place, but the prices recently are absolutely ludicrous! 24.95 for a lampshade! $24.95 for a pair of used shoes! 24.95 for a windbreaker! Will never see me again!

Well organized. Lots of merchandise. Well displayed. Reasonable prices and good sales. Almost always something I can't live without. Nice checkout. My daughter and I make it a fun outing at least twice a month.

If you want to donate furniture, be sure items are in pristine, like new condition or they will not take it. We tried to donate a metal bed frame which was in excellent condition. However, the gentleman there said it had "stuff" on it. What he was referring to was a less than 1/2 inch scrape mark on the back of the head board. Also wouldn't take two brightly painted perfectly good solid wood children's desks. They said they don't take painted furniture. We didn't even bother asking them about the wooden rocking chair we were going to donate. Went on line and sold all for a nice profit. I plan on donating the $$ I made on these items to the Wounded Warriors charity. At least I know that will go to a good cause.

Pricing way too high. Completely discourages repeat customers looking for a deal and resellers who drop money all the time (daily in most cases). This strategy will be a short lived financial victory. Once the reseller is gone so is 95% of your customer base.
