This is sad. I LOVED Spice & Tea exchange and have shopped there regularly for years. After 2021 I feel like the store has been on a downward slide. The staff used to be AMAZING and the sore just hummed. The last FIVE (5) times I have been in I has staff issues that were noticeable...on their phone, in a private conversation or simply uninterested. I have started ordering spices online and getting my tea at another shop. I spoke to the manager the last time I was in and I completely understand the issue after meeting her. A formerly great store on the skids is somehow sadder for me than a sad store who is consistently sad.

Went to get our fall teas and was greated by Adam who was very
helpful, knowledgable, and pleasant. Got some great tea and sugar combos.Can't wait to try Bourbon Chestnut Herbal Tea with Gone Bandanas sugar. Thank you Adam!

My finance and I were walking around the boardwalk and I pointed this place out. Everyone in there is super friendly! Especially Austin (I believe is his name), he is so knowledgeable and was so quick to answer our questions. 10/10! We will be back next time we’re out here.

This is an amazing store. I dropped $70 on teas because they have such a great variety of loose leaf mixes and I am a tea fanatic. There are also great spice selections and specialty sugar. Most definitely a place to check out and at least smell the tea and spice mixes.

My wife and I went for a quick vacation to Rehoboth and this little shop was definitely a highlight! The staff was so knowledgeable and kind. We were there around closing time so we left with the intention of coming back the next day, and the guy who was there immedialy recognized us and was amazing! Both he and the other woman woking there were amazing with their reccomendations and reviews, we ended up getting three teas, three spice blends, and a salt. Great place, 5/5 stars, would absolutely shop there regularly if we were local!

My attention was drawn to the fact that my friend and I who are black received immedient attention from a worker as soon as we entered. Another black person already there when we arrived seemed to be getting the same treatment,a seemingly kindly gentleman explaining features about the different teas. As other white people entered the shop I noticed how they didn't receive any attention from the shop workers! As if because we were black the workers faned that they were there to help us when all along it was plain to see this was just a way to watch us like we were potential thieves! My friend ended up patronizing the shop because she didn't notice it. I informed her after we left out. I don't recommend this shop to anyone not down with their attitudes on blacks.

I stand on my review. I was there and witnessed how the blacks were the only ones given attention. The other customers were treated like they didn't even exist, but we were given their full attention that's for sure! As far as the other reviews go ,everyone aren't always tuned in to their surrounding or may be just shrug it off as people often do.Anyway I can imagine that they will do things differently after this as they should. I might just pay them a visit again in the future just to see what changed.

Love this store!! I find the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a huge selection of regular spices and very unique spice Blends and teas, salts and sugars. I always feel inspired to be more creative with cooking when I go there! Prices are reasonable for the great quality. I always take visiting friends and family there and they love it.

What a wonderful shop. Tea, spices, gift sets, and excellent customer service. I’m loving this blend of camomile herbal tea. So lovely on a rainy day.
