They listened to my issues with the mower, kept me informed throughout the repair process. Had it ready within the time frame they quoted.. every employee I was in contact with was a concerned professional . It was a great experience from dropping it off ...to picking it up to take home. Took a fairly new small generator to them that wouldn't start. They checked it out and said it needed a new carburetor, but that none were available for it. They gave it back to me after I paid a service fee. I dropped it off at a friends house who occasionally works on small engines. He ordered a carb for it, put it on, and now it runs flawlessly. I won't be returning here.
