Staff at Sutton Coldfield shop were really helpful, Laura and Kevin very knowledgeable and extremely patient with my older mother. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted out a very very inexpensive contract for her which will give us all piece of mind. Many thanks

The staff at this store are always happy to help customers that come into store what ever there problem .
They are knowledgeable and this gives me confidence . My family have been 3 customers since 3 began at this very store , my hubby took out the contracts and now All in my name that's how much I am happy with them but I wanted to personally name Kevin , he is always fab , always smiling and always gives me confidence in what is going on. Also Jay the manager , only once has there been a supply error and he very quickly sorted this . You guys are the best . From your long time customer . Claire

Awful service If I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff wasnt very helpful after the sale. I at to ask/call them 5 times for my recepit, I called at 9am 1230pm 240pm they said they was emailing it to me which takes few minuites at 5.20pm I at to call again to ask where it was they said they been very busy from 9am till 520pm which I dont believe they haven't got 5 minuites to email has they had time when I was buying the phone.
I asked the manager can you email me and post the receipt as my printer broke she said no it's either 1 or the other "im not doing both" HOW RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.
They exchanged my faulty phone which I only had it 2 weeks it was nothing but a hassle and inconvenience and time.
I at to take my 2 children aged 4 year old twins up there 1 with autism and wait nearly over an hour for my new phone VERY STRESSFUL they help me transfer my data across the network wasnt working and it took ages.
The network was down from days and calls kept dropping which was rubbish as I was waiting for urgent calls from the hospital.
I at to wait outside over a hour as there was af fire alarm which wasnt there fault, but after I brought the phone there friendly attitude changed there wasnt bothered I at to ask the manager 4 times for my new box to the new phone yes she was busy keeping people safe but she wasnt helping much all.
I feel after they got the sale any problems they dont really want to know as I at to really keep on about my faulty phone before the manager agreed to exchange it as she didnt see the fault, it was just a hassle.
The man in shop kevin said he would write a letter of complaint for me as I have deslexic then the woman( the manager )said we dont do that, I'd have to do live chat, even though I told her 4 times I have deslexic she just looked and walked away, which was useless AND FALSE PROMISES.
They take ages to answer there phone in he shop have to keep calling about 10 times even after the fire alarm.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP IN SUTTON COLDFIELD BRANCH AGAIN

Excellent service. Spoke to my daughter as a young adult...and not to me over her..even though I'm getting the contract. But made my daughter feel her voice was valued..as it should be. Well done 3. Just super, friendly and honest service.

Had a fantastic experience in this store. Was instantly approached by Yassim who was a great help throughout my experience. He showed me the benefits of being with three and clearly went over my phone contract while being friendly. I had a really good conversations with Yassim and the other staff on the store. Overall it is an extremely friendly environment topped off with excellent customer service.

Went in today to upgrade. Existing customer offer off 3 website. Was told they would match the offer. When it came down to it, they came up with twoddle and couldnt. Kept on saying, thats for a new contract. 3 wesite clearly stated existing customer. Been with 3 22 yrs. Soooo disappointed with the service today and manager hiding out the back. 3 Sutton. Buck ur customer service up.
