Un lugar pequeño, enfrente de la plaza principal, con mesas afuera. Muy bien atendido, respetan el horario de la reservación con precisión. Los vinos son de buena manufactura y precios accesibles; y tienen bocadillos a la venta, lo que hace la degustación mucho más agradable. Es de los lugares que repetiría.

Thumbprint was very fun. Sitting on a beautiful square, the atmosphere was delightful.

We did a 6 wine tasting with everything from a Chardonnay to Zinfandel.

The staff was HIGHLY knowledgeable and extremely kind. He gauged the banter and mood at our table to a T and fit in perfectly with us.

Explaining the acids and the fermentation of each bottle as well as the pairings beautifully.

We had a great time, bought some wine, and are looking at joining their club.

Gina made the experience! We instantly felt like family upon arriving. Our two dogs were just as welcomed. Surprise visit from the wine maker Scott enhanced the experience. Fantastic wines with great variety. We took home 12 bottles and joined the wine club! Recommend popping in.

Thumbprint Cellars has some of the best wines we sampled on our trip to Healdsburg! This is a great little boutique winery that crafts some stellar wines with artisan precision! They have a Bordeaux-style blend that is just plain lovely. You'll find Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Grenache, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Carignane and some of the best blends! The wine tasting is accompanied by a nice cheese and cracker plate to help bring out the different characteristics of the wine.

Custom. Everything they do feels like it is done with me in mind. Thumbprint is a very personal experience. From the tastings, to the sales to even the special events it is always personal and never thoughtless. The wine is created like artwork and can give me the same feeling as a Picasso or Van Gogh. Surprisingly this is all available to me without “breaking my bank”. I think my favorite thing was the feeling of comfort I had with them.

We were there on Tuesday 6/14 after a friend (member) recommended we try a tasting. I forgot the name of our sommelier but he was fantastic! We loved and purchased the Chardonnay and Cab. The outdoor street-side patio is adorable and romantic. I raved about you to friends and I recommended anyone to stop and pamper themselves with an afternoon delight.

In the middle of our tasting right now and Evan (ahhh! typo Evin!) is the most fun and the sweetest. We peeked in the window as he was closing up yesterday and he chased us down (in a gentle way ?) and have us a card for a complimentary tasting. Wines are incredible. Love the story, love the care, love the inclusivity of the business. Getting some bottles shipped home now. Thank you Evan and thank you Thumbprint.

Enjoyed an early afternoon tasting at this downtown Healdsburg location. Reservations can be made online and seating is available both inside and outside. Our server Hayden was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The tasting fee ($30-$40 depending on number of pours) is waived with a one bottle purchase, which is a fantastic deal for this area! I am impressed that this winery offers a variety of Cab Franc varieties. I recommend stopping by for a pleasant tasting experience!
