Everyone in the store was so friendly, welcoming, very informative, ready to help to get me the best deal. Eben went out of his way to help me upgrade my phone and get home internet service with a 200$ Promotion. He was very friendly and easy to chat with while getting this done. I highly recommend this store and if you end with Eben helping you…. You are defiantly in good hands 🙂

I visit this store often and everyone here is always really friendly and helpful. I was at the store a couple of months and Helen helped me. She is awesome and was really helpful with a number of issues I was having and resolved every one of them.

I visited again today and was helped by Pareahn who was also very friendly and so very helpful.

I recently switched to T-Mobile and traded in two iPhones for new ones, along with an internet connection. Although both phones were working when I traded them in, T-Mobile only accepted one for a trade-in, claiming the other had liquid damage—a claim I was unaware of and found surprising.

I spoke with Angal, the manager, who went above and beyond to help me. She worked tirelessly with the billing department, even though they initially offered only a small credit. Despite this, Angal didn’t stop there. A few hours later, she personally called me to share that she had reached out to a senior manager and resolved the issue. She secured the full credit for my phone, even when she could have left it as it was.

Angal’s dedication, empathy, and genuine care made all the difference. She turned a disappointing experience into a positive one, and I believe she truly deserves recognition and a promotion. T-Mobile is lucky to have such an outstanding manager who puts customers first!

5 stars for Josue. Deducted 1 star because of the inefficient line.

5 stars: Amazing service from Josue! He helped me and explained everything well. When there was a problem, he was very patient and knowledgeable. He could have stopped helping me at that point, but he didn't and figured out a way to fix the issue. He went above and beyond to help me through all the issues that came up as I was upgrading my phone.

Deducted 1 star: The store is inefficient at managing lines. I came back to the store to buy an accessory for my phone and asked another employee (not Josue) if there was a separate line for people getting service vs. just buying accessories. He said no and walked away. It seems very inefficient to not have separate lines. If I had waited, it would have taken over 1-2 hours just to buy a single item.

Arianna S is the absolute best rep I have worked with at Tmobile. She was patient, explained a lot of details and the best way to save on my bill. I went in to transfer my number to T-Mobile and I got so much more. Even though I didn’t get an additional service she suggested, she was still pleasant and helpful. She asked about my family and had genuine interest in helping me. If you’re ever here, you need to see her. I will wait hours for her if I had to… she is the best. Thank you Arianna.

I highly recommend T-Mobile off of Crescent Dr in Pleasant Hill. The Manager Angel and her team, Eban are very professional. They explained all my options and enrolled me into a plan that was the best for me and my family. I went to several other providers before selecting T-Mobile their service was far superior. Thank you!
