El servicio al cliente es malísimo, Fui a comprar unos zapatos, yo entiendo que hay una pandemia pero no me dejaron ni tocar el zapato y mucho menos probarmelo, les pregunté que si los podía comprar probarmelos en mi casa y que si no me quedaban bien retornar los y me dijeron que no. Entonces fui a otra tienda llamada Baby boss me ofrecieron un mejor servicio, me permitieron tocar los zapatos ptobarmelos entonces ahí los compre.

The customer service is terrible, I went to buy some shoes, I understand that there is a pandemic but they did not even let me touch my shoe, much less try it on me, I asked them if I could buy them try them at home and if they did not fit me well return them and they said no. So I went to another store called Baby boss, they offered me a better service, they allowed me to touch my shoes, try them on, so I bought them there.

The best of its kind in all of Tampa HANDS DOWN! They have everything and anything you can possibly think of. Without getting too detailed; lingerie, adult toys, DVDs, magazines, dancers shoes, special ‘tools’, bachelorette/bachelor party supplies, and even pirate attire for Gasparilla.

This place makes me feel safe and comfortable which being a girl, puts it at the top of my list. The cleanliness and professionalism is unparalleled. In many other places, they feel dingy, the employees make me feel uncomfortable, and I just get the ick. This is now the only place I’ll go to.

Whoever dresses the mannequins needs a raise. The outfits they put together are SO CUTE! I can’t help but to buy one every time I’m in there. Everyone in there seems to be so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and non judgmental. They’ll take the time to help you look for things and explain it to you. They’ve definitely opened my eyes to things I never knew existed lol! Not sure if this is still a thing, but there’s an industry discount for dancers which is so thoughtful!

Do yourself a favor and stop by if you haven’t yet. There are lots of things to discover. Make sure you have your ID on you or they won’t let you in!

Love this place!! There is so much product and they have testers if you have questions. Also staff was incredible and made me feel welcome. Gabby is so awesome! I was getting ready to checkout when they asked if I had any questions. Gabby ended up helping me find exactly what I was looking for. If I had the option to give more stars, I would! Hands down best couples store I have ever been too!

My experience at Todd Couple Superstore was underwhelming, to say the least. The staff seemed stuck-up and not particularly welcoming, which didn’t set a great tone. The lighting inside was overly bright and almost harsh, while the awkward aisle layout made it difficult to browse comfortably. On top of that, the prices were way higher than I expected, adding to the overall disappointment. To make things even stranger, there were a bunch of police outside, which only heightened the ‘where the heck am I?’ feeling. Maybe it’s just a Florida thing, but I wouldn’t rush back

The outside of the store has big signs stating "store-wide sale" but nothing in the store indicates a sale occurring. The outside also smells strongly of urine. The inside smells strongly of cigarettes, so much so that you can taste it. The shelves are also set in a way that displays you and what you're looking at, which can be to exposing for those of us that are shy about this sort of thing. The location in New Port Richey is definitely a lot better. Won't be returning to the Tampa location.
