Couldn’t have asked for better service from Torrington Ford. I worked with Bob from sales and Bobby from the finance. They made the process so easy, answered all my questions, and I was in and out in 3 hours. Very fair trade-in value on my old vehicle too. Highly recommend.

I have been to Torrington Ford twice for service. They are amazing people who do a great job and are extremely fair. No major upsells to date. No unnecessary service recommendations to date either. You will find some really great and helpful people at their service department (only experience so far).

just recently bought a brand new Ford F-150 at Torrington Ford. Through the whole process I worked very closely with Russ one of the Salesmen and also Bobby the Sales Manager. Between the two of them they were both able to find me the truck I wanted with the features I wanted right within my price range. These guys were great to work with and from the beginning very welcoming and willing to work with me. They did not dismiss me due to my budget (as has happened at other dealerships) and gave me all the time I needed. I was even contacted by Russ on his day off which he did not need to do. I can't say enough good things about how well I was treated, the job they did and I would recommend Torrington Ford and Russ to anyone looking to purchase a Ford.

Excellent, excellent experience with Bobby at Torrington Ford. He took the time to email me back right away regarding pricing on a new lease. I made an appointment to meet with him in the dealership and he answered my one million questions that I had. He was super patient, friendly, and most importantly, did not pressure us one bit through the whole process. He handled our lease-end transaction smoothly and quickly. It’s sometimes hard to find dealerships where the sales teams are trustworthy and won’t take advantage of you. I highly reccomend Bobby at Torrington Ford. Let me say I love this place and the staff here they are amazing I bought my ford 4 months ago mind you never owned one and I had many questions about it I called other ford shops closer to me and they were not very helpful let’s just put it that way but when I called this one omg the immediate help and attention was beyond impressive to me there was no hesitation to answering any of my questions they knew exactly what I needed when asked I can’t recommend this place enough I will DEFINITELY continue to go to them no matter what it may be for my vehicle thank you so much guys for being so outstanding with all you do!

Just bought a new F150 from Torrington Ford. Great staff, very friendly, fantastic owners. Russ and Dave worked with me on the truck and Russ spent tons of time with me to explain how everything worked. He even set up the Ford Pass app on my phone for me. The truck is amazing , very happy. My service experience with Torrington Ford was a positive one. My advisor Kayla was friendly & helpful. They got my truck in for a warranty repair & an OEM brake controller install quickly - turn around time was two days - and were communicative throughout every step of the process.
