I wanted to be sure and write a review for this location. I went into the store for a return from a Black Friday purchased, one of the sales associate in was able to help me with the return to a gift card because I intended to repurchase a larger size. He helped me get the new pair ordered and they arrived very quickly. The return and reorder process was really smooth which can usually be hard to do on the holidays.

We were greeted warmly when we entered. Since this location has a nice variety of items, it did not take long for us to find some we liked! Thanks to the helpful saleslady, the purchase went quick, thus allowing us to visit other stores in the mall before closing time.

Terrible customer service. I went to the KOP branch with my sister this afternoon around 4:25pm because I wanted to find a medium size bag and the lady with the “blonde” hair was rude, and not helpful. She needs to fix her attitude, and retraining will do her a lot of good.

I went in yesterday and Betina helped me. I had bought a pair of pavo sandals from last year and they were peeling from the soles, and i never said anything. I went in to tell her and she what i can do, and she told me to talk to customer service and tell them what happened, i am now in the process of getting it traded for a gift card! She is so sweet and helpful!! The whole staff is very kind too! Thank you 😊
