What a cool toy shop. A great selection of toys for kids and big kids alike. Owner and staff are really passionate about what they do which is sell good quality toys at every price range so even if you go in with 10 dollars your kid will come out with a decent toy.

Absolutely awful store owner, follows you around the store. Extremely rude. Overpriced. The same small toys on Amazon for over 10$ less. We were going to buy something even with the prices being outrageous but after being very clearly unwelcome we walked out empty handed. This woman should not own a children’s toy store if children are not welcome. We were visiting the area for a dance competition at Foxwoods. I will be sure to spread the word of our experience.

My families experience in this store is similar to the other negative reviews. The women was not nice followed us around the store, my 2 year old son loves trucks but apparently you are not allowed to touch the toys she walked over and removed toys from his hands and proceeded to say you do not want to break the toys then you would have to buy them and people don’t want to buy broken toys. She started off by trying to show us a book oh this is nice and durable you should buy this it’s great. Sorry lady I will not give you a cent of my money. My son was picking out what truck he wanted. If you do not want kids to touch the toys do not have a toy store geared towards kids. These people are in the wrong business. Open an adult only store not A TOY STORE. I’m a strong supporter of small businesses but not someone that treats customers this way.

Unique toy store located in Olde Mistick Village. Offering dolls, cars, puppets, board games, puzzles and so much more. Great staff which are super friendly and very helpful.

I was about to buy something here until my mom came around the corner and said one of the women working there was rude to her and my son for touching the door on a truck.
It’s a toy store. Get a grip.

Grand store . Lots for kids and adults .
Lots of stuffed animals/ bears too .
Lots of puzzles and the best staff . Always very helpful and can order if needed .

The store is small and when there are more than a few people looking around it’s pretty difficult to shop around. They have a nice selection of toys but unfortunately the staff member who helped us wasn’t very friendly or helpful. When looking around it felt as if she was just watching us the entire time but didn’t ask if we needed help/ assistance. We were checking out and the staff member made it seem like it was an inconvenience that we were buying something. I then asked if the store had tap to pay/ Apple Pay. Immediately the staff member got snippy and took the machine from behind the counter and I paid with no issue. I’m not sure if they prefer cash although there was nothing posted or anything that would indicate they preferred cash. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience which is unfortunate.
