I'm from out of town (Huntsville AL), here in Inverness visiting my brother. I had my rear derailleur break at the hanger on the withlacoochie trail, and was looking at a 5 mile walk back to home base. A friendly bike technician from the shop saw me walking on the trail, said come by the shop and we'll see what we can do. He had my derailleur fixed, remounted, fixed my rear shifter and straightened out my rear wheel, all in about 15 minutes and at a very reasonable price! I was back on the trail with a refreshed bike in no time. They were courteous, helpful and professional. Sometime guardian angels appear disguised as bicycle technicians.

Rented a recumbent for the day - was in excellent condition. Really helpful friendly staff, happy to shared local knowledge. Excellent location right on the trail and room to leave vehicle for the day. Only issue was booking online was a nightmare as I couldn’t set up the ‘link’ payment and there was no other method to make a payment so I had to take my chances showing up on the day - fortunately it was a weekday so not busy. Booking issue is a corporate problem and nothing to do with the staff who went the extra mile to make it happen 🙂

They did a fantastic repair job for me. I had an issue with a disc break pad dragging. They got it right and got me back on the road.

I was hesitant to bring my non Trek bike in (It's a custom built Seven.) So, I took it to another local shop for the repair. The other shop replaced the disc pads. This did not fix the problem. I should have brought it here first. They really did a great job for me.

Horrible Experience … First of all, this is not a bike shop as you might think of a bike shop. it is a corporate retail trek store that, which means they are great at assembling and selling trek bikes , and recumbent Lowrider bikes. Do not mistake this for a normal bike shop. if you don’t own a trek, don’t expect prompt service. They are unapologetic after going a week past promised service date. The Technician stated they wanted him to build new bikes first. Typical corporate owned store. They never even attempted to start the repair, a simple equipment swap that would have taken no more than an hour. I returned to retrieve my unfinished bike and they gave me the silent treatment… very poor customer service. I also had to demand my parts back, they didn’t want to give those back.I’ve never seen anything like it…

We rented two e-bikes from Trek in Inverness, Fl. They are right next to the Withlacoochee trail. It was so much fun! The Trek bikes were really nice, all charged up for us, nice helmets, a lock and carrying bag, and a couple bottles of water too. We went 28 miles and enjoyed every minute. If you head south on the trail, there’s a nice orange grove stand/market you can stop in to. They have lots of yummy stuff, but one thing we purchased that we’ve never seen before were white strawberries! They taste like pineapple. They were delicious and very unique. This was in February 2024. Once we were back to Trek in Inverness, we turned in our bikes and headed to the cute downtown area of Inverness. We went to the Bistro Pizza Kitchen for lunch…man, it was DELICIOUS! Do yourself a favor and spend a day in this wonderful little town. Definitely bike the trail and if you don’t have your bike, rent from Trek!

Ashley has been our tech since we purchased our trikes three years ago. She and the rest of the people working there have always been very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I just met her replacement, Ryan, and think he seems like he fits in very well. We look forward to working with him in the future as we trust the care and maintenance of our trikes.

I was riding my Specialized Creo2 into Inverness and was having rear derailer issues. I happen to see this Trek dealer on the trail, and I think they probably won't want to deal with my bike..Boy was I wrong, they worked me in and was only off the trail about 30 minutes. Technician is very knowledgable and gave me some great tips. All the employees had a great attitude. Corp. Trek should take notice of this shop.
