Among the great coffee shops in Apopka, True Coffee manages to stand out and fill a niche that hadn't been available coffee lovers in the area. While other coffee shops in the area focus on specialty lattes, True Coffee has a stripped down menu where the coffee is the star of the show and they offer single batch brews as well as espresso based drinks and drip. As a pour over fan, I'm so happy I won't have to drive to Orlando or Winter Garden to get a pour over anymore.

There are plenty of tables and a bar with stools and an amazing view of some beautiful moss draped live oaks. This place is awesome for people who need a regular place to study or work. The prices are also inexpensive, so I can see myself hanging out and ordering a few coffees and pastries during a good work session without any sticker shock.

I absolutely loved the warm Alabama sweet bread. I'd never seen it sold anywhere else and I'll be back for more!

The owners are friendly and I can tell they're passionate about coffee and care about their customers. If you're a fan of no frills third-wave coffee shop that focuses on craftsmanship of their products rather than elaborate concoctions and menus, you have to check them out. The inviting work-friendly space, beautiful natural views, and great prices are great bonuses on top of that!

True Story Coffee in Apopka is a must-visit!

We stopped by close to closing time, and Seth and Spencer greeted us with warm smiles and incredible hospitality. We ordered the lavender café latte with honey—pure creamy deliciousness in every sip!

I travel a lot and like to try coffee at different places. True has AMAZING coffee. I've tried the cold brew, drip, pour over, and some sweets and everything has been excellent. Great place to chill and study. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and a great atmosphere make this one of my favorite shops in the Orlando area.

Some might say I’m bit of a coffee snob. This place is legit! The coffee is very smooth! I ordered a latte and their syrups are very good, not that typical coffee shop where you walk in and have all the bottled flavored syrups lined up on the counter. I’m from out of town but if back in the area will definitely be back!!

Seth and Spencer True Coffee have created a special shop in Apopka that truly cares for the community. Their seasonal menu is fun, the personalized merch is creative, their space is open and inviting, and their hospitality truly makes you feel welcome. Amazing Coffee the Lavender & Vanilla Latte and Matcha are my favorite. Ambiance is minimalistic, Seth & Spencer definitely keep it lively w/ good conversation!!
