John Vecere from Union Park Honda went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of from the time I initially walked into the dealership to the time I drove off in my brand new Union Park Honda vehicle.

When my old Honda went, I literally walked from Trolley Square into Union Park Honda and John Vecere could not have been more helpful and wonderful from the jump.

He took us through the entire process, walked the lot with us multiple times in the cold, showed us just about every vehicle they had, let us test drive what we wanted, and went through all the comparisons, bells, and whistles. It was my first time buying a new car and John/the dealership could not have been more helpful and understanding throughout.

Cannot recommend John Vecere and Union Park Honda enough!

Never again.
I brought my car in for an oil change appointment. They added a tire rotation. Fine.
Two hours into the appointment, I inquired what was taking so long, because that seemed suspiciously long for an oil change. Low and behold - and who knows how long the computer had been flashing that it was time to check in with me - there were suggestions from the mechanic! I went with one of the four: a new tire, because I didn't want a flat. Fine. Another hour and I'm three hours and $330 deep into an oil change. Finally I was on my way.

After a few days of little driving, I noticed pools of oil in my garage. Simultaneously, my low tire pressure sensor went off. It turns out the oil filter wasn't seated properly, and my tires weren't re-inflated after the rotation. So back to Union Park for another several hours' drop off!

Car finally fixed? I drove away, pulled into work, and realized they didn't even latch my hood. You just have to laugh.

They all were welcoming and humble. We had an amazing young man for a salesperson that helped us with everything. Thank you so much Donald for your help you were amazing. Going on a test drive with Donald felt like a family trip😊

Please be aware of the dishonesty at this dealership. A few months ago we went in to perform a lease buyout after being lied to by another dealership in Philly that we must purchase the vehicles extended warranty in order to complete the transaction. We then called both Honda corporate and the original dealership to see if this was true. We were told by both sources that this was in fact not true and unethical. The first thing we said when going there late one evening was that we would like to purchase the car for the lease buyout price, and we recently had a bad experience at the other dealer in Philly with the issue previously stated. We were assured that would not be the case here. We had to come back the following day, and much to our surprise the finance guy, Anthony told us that we HAD to purchase the extended warranty. When questioned why, we were told that we don't know if you are scammers! Long story shorter, after asking for the management team and getting the owner of the dealership involved, they reverted on what they previously said and finally told us the truth that we DO NOT have to purchase the warranty. They were obviously looking to make some of the money back due the current economic landscape of buying cars, but I do not appreciate being lied to. In order for them not to be held liable for a car that they are "selling" to us on a lease buyout they should of done an inspection of the vehicle to mitigate any liability on their behalf. Instead, they choose to forgo the inspection and act like you need to purchase the warranty. Again, BEWARE of these shady and unethical practices.

Great selection of GMC and Buick! No pressure. Tom and Andrea in sales went out of their way to help us find the right truck to fit our needs. It felt like they were sitting on the same side of the table as us. They did such a good job that we went back for a starter car for our daughter! Worth a visit.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our certified used CR-V at Union Park. Brian Callahan was a salesperson and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. Anthony (finance manager) was a pleasure to work with again.
