Resort is pretty. Two bedroom condo was clean and spacious. Charged a. $50.00 resort fee which was fine going in until we find out the main pool was closed. It was closed all week. There are other resorts we can have chosen but the couple with us liked the looks of the main pool. Had to use a pool 1 1/2 miles away and that worked out fine. The resort have said they will refund our $50.00 resort usage fee and that is nice. We now have plans to return here in February.

Bed was not comfortable the pull out was old and thin and dirty. The room was spacious and good. But older and needs complete overhaul carpet and tile and bathroom.The floors are dirty wear socks or shoes even out of shower.||The main pool was closed so we used the pool in Heron II and it was warm and comfortable. The bingo was fun.||You need a car to go anywhere ... about 1/2 hour to FLL. Beautiful town nice and clean and felt safe.||

Comfortable resort located in Weston, Florida. Nice sized condos with conveniences of home. Exceptionally clean! Generous amount of pool furniture and pool heated to 85 degrees. Very nice experience. Calls for maintenance answered quickly. Enjoyed the underground parking!

I had some issues with the booking on my reservations and Grace at the front reached out to her Supervisor jolisa, And are doing research on what happened to my booking but have done everything that they said and then some and are very helpful friendly. I love the vacation at Weston. The staff is awesome. Highly recommend to stay here

We arrived and there was a line winding out of the reception into the road with over 40 people. I have it on video. The people at the front of the line said they had been waiting 2 HOURS to check in. DO NOT BOOK HERE the workers are incredibly slow and offer no explanation. Over 40 people in line some for over 2 hours is UNACCEPTABLE. Families with children standing in the street waiting to check in. I’ve been to far bigger hotels with less workers that check in quicker. DO NOT BOOK.

We’ve been at this resort for 3-4 hours and have had nothing but issues. The first room had no AC. Then we got transferred to another room that had default key cards to get in the door. Trying to get the front desk on the phone to fix the issue is a joke. No answer which is typical. Then a hang up. We’ve been locked out of our room for 20 minutes now.
10/10 do not recommend.

This is a timeshare property and not well-advertised as such. They will try to sell you hard on a timeshare at their mediocre resort (mediocre is generous). They will attempt to trick you into going to a sales pitch by calling it a "free breakfast."

The check-in process is a nightmare of needless brochures and unnecessary information. During check-in, they required me to make a reservation for said "free breakfast," even though I explained that my trip was fully planned and that I would not have time. The front desk called my room so many times to remind me about the breakfast (that I never intended to go to) that I had to unplug the phone. Then, they started to call my cell phone. After checkout, they continued to call my phone to reschedule my free breakfast, and when I blocked the hotel number, an employee called me for two days from his personal cell phone to urge me to reconsider the free breakfast. That's right, an employee put my information into his personal phone to call me for two days after checkout. He only stopped calling after I texted him that I would screenshot and post my call log if he didn't stop.

In regards to the accommodations, the rooms are lackluster; however, the water pressure was quite good. The pool was closed, of which we were not made aware until after check-in. There are several pools on property, so it wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been a normal courtesy to alert a guest in advance. Furthermore, room service did not come one single time to refresh our garbage bags or toiletries. My room had a full kitchen, so to not receive even a refresh of garbage bags was below par. Perhaps that is typical of an extended timeshare stay, but this property is not well-advertised as such and should therefore offer standard hotel amenities if they are going to masquerade as a hotel. I cannot in good conscious recommend this "resort" unless the only thing you care about is good water pressure.
