Highly recommend this dealership. I called and spoke to Gary about trading in my 2019 Sierra for a 2025 Sierra and went to the dealership a couple days later. Although Vachon GMC was two hours away, the experience was absolutely worth the drive! I connected with them over a GMC they had in stock and spoke with Gary, the salesman, on Thursday. I visited the dealership on Friday and picked up my new truck on Monday. Great experience! We stopped in to see what they had on our way to see another Tahoe an hour away. We saw one we liked but chose to keep our other appointments. We did not buy the other Tahoe as we were unimpressed with the dealer and the safety items that we wanted were not available.

We called Vachon and told them we were coming back to drive it.

Long story short, Sean sold us a 2021 Tahoe that we loved. Great service and price.

I saw a vehicle i wanted to buy from vachon. I didnt have a ride to test drive it. Gary offered to pick me up at my house and take me for a test drive. He was very nice and told me everything about the car. I wasn't sure about buying it because I wasn't sure my husband would like it. Gary told me I could take the vehicle home and let my husband check it out and bring it back to buy or return it that night. Well, I bought it. I got a good deal on it and we love it. The vehicle is a 2020 and its in mint condition. Gary was very nice and and laid back. He didnt push us to buy it. There was no hassle. He made us feel like we made a friend. we joked around and had some fun. It didn't take hours at the dealership to get everything done. It was the fastest easiest car sale I've ever had. If you want to buy a vehicle go see Gary at vachon in putnam.
Also, Chris in financing was great. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He explained everything I was paying for and helped me to decide what I did and what I did not need. All around great experience.
