The worst Ace and most unhelpful staff. Placed an online order at 12:00pm for pickup withing 1 hr. I arrived at 4:30pm and the staff says, oh yeah we don't have that and don't want to participate in online orders. I needed the weed whacker today and that's why I placed the order. They staff didn't care and said they don't look at the orders for online. Drive to Gypsum or Silverthorne if you need to go to Ace.

They had what I was looking for and also a great selection for a small town hardware store. When I called on the phone to ask about a bucket of drywall mud the fellow didn't even answer the phone saying that it was Ace Hardware. He just said yeah. When I asked four buckets of drywall mud he said yeah I think we sell them in little cans or something. Not great customer service for an Ace Hardware. He finally got somebody on the phone to help me and they were what I expect for an Ace Hardware person.

Easily the worst Ace Hardware I've ever been to. If you were thinking about getting paint or paint supplies from this store, don't waste your time!
