We recently bought a Certified used 2021 Atlas Cross sport. Our sales person, Laurie, was great! There were some hiccups, which were no fault of the dealership nor ours. They were due to a recall on the vehicle that needed parts and an unfortunate windshield shatter when a company came to repair a minor chip. The dealership went out of their way to make sure both of these things were completed prior to delivery of the vehicle.
We discussed the price that we were looking for- we went back-and-forth a couple of times and we’re able to agree relatively quickly.

They were accommodating in every way and kept us updated throughout the entire process.

When the car was delivered to us, it was absolutely spotless. It looked like it came off of the showroom floor.

I will not be returning to this establishment. My experience was highly disappointing. While they allowed me to drop in for an oil change, the advisor made it clear they were busy. I offered to leave my vehicle for a few hours, to which he agreed. I provided explicit instructions to perform only the oil change and authorized no additional work beyond a simple evaluation of a door jam noise, a front tire turning noise, and the central LCD screen. My request was solely for an opinion on whether further service was necessary, as I understood they were short-staffed. The Service Manger walked over and said that they would not be able to take a look at the other issues, I responded that the oil change alone was the priority and that would be sufficient as I could schedule another appointment.

The waiting area was unpleasant, with strong sewage odors emanating from the restroom and permeating the showroom. This alone made the experience uncomfortable. Before I left with a coworker, I also observed a Sales Manager publicly reprimanding a new sales representative for allowing a prospective customer to leave the lot without speaking to management. The sales associate had handled the situation well and did not deserve that treatment.

An hour later, I received a call that my vehicle was ready. The advisor attempted to upsell me on air filters and wiper blades, to which I agreed only to the air filters. He then informed me that the technician had tightened a bolt on the door, found no issue with the front tire, and that the LCD screen replacement would cost $2,500. The technician completed the air filter swap out in under five minutes in the parking lot.

When I received the invoice, I was shocked to see a total of $540—far beyond what should have been expected for an oil change and two air filters. When I questioned the charges, the advisor immediately reduced the total by $100 and handed me two free car wash coupons. Upon further inquiry, he applied an additional 10% discount but still could not provide a clear explanation for the excessive charges. The invoice itself was nearly indecipherable, and rather than offering a proper breakdown, he dismissed my concerns and attempted to justify an unauthorized charge for windshield wipers.

By that point, it was late on a Friday afternoon, and I had no patience for being taken through a scripted "customer handling" approach. Frustrated, I reluctantly paid the $430+ invoice just to leave.

This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

We had such a pleasant experience with this dealership. From our salesman Jay to Business Manager, Dean, we could not have asked for better service. Jay was very knowledgeable regarding the specs of the car yet he was not pushy. Dean was very professional and patiently reviewed all of the paperwork with us before we signed on the dotted line! More importantly he got us a fantastic deal! We felt like we were taken care of and walked away very satisfied. We will definitely be referring our friends and family to this dealership!!!

My wife and I went to look at used cars there on the 26th of December. It was freezing out. We parked and went to the front lot and within 1 minute, Jason was right out there helping us out. He didn’t push anything on us, and really listened to what we were looking for. He got us into the perfect car and a car that was right in our monthly payment range. We went back today and I signed everything. Jason was great and extremely nice to work with. Never felt pressured or strong armed as I had felt this way at other dealerships this week. Then I dealt with Dean the business manager and he was very helpful in finding me the best rate. He was friendly and easy to talk to! Good luck in the championship games Dean! I highly recommend this dealer! I drove about an hour to come see them and it was well worth it! Go see Jason Jennett and he will get you into the perfect car!

They made the car buying experience almost enjoyable. It was simple and easy. I inquired about a car online, then later got a call asking if they could pull one up to be ready when I arrived to look at it. I handed over my license to scan and then we were off on a test drive. Matt Charles took care of me and was comfortable to deal with as a woman there alone. The process took a little longer than I was hoping, but after showing up late in the afternoon on Thursday, I had my new to me car by Friday afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
