My husband and I had our micro wedding held at Venue at the Block back in May of this year.

My husband and I both fell in love with the venue when we went and visited. From the exposed brick wall, beautiful bar area, bridal suite/lounge it was hard not to fall in love with this venue.

We certainly appreciated that the venue offered a micro wedding package as we wanted a smaller more intimate celebration.

We primarily worked with Amanda when finalizing our booking. She was very polite, responsive and professional whenever we had any questions or concerns. Amanda was great to work with and very accommodating during the entirety of our planning.

One thing worth mentioning. We were not pleased with the occurrence of two venue tours during our reception and couples portraits. It interrupted our guests and made us uncomfortable during an intimate time. Although the staff seemingly intended to be discrete, it was apparent to us and our guests, and distasteful. To be clear, we do not believe this is a reflection of the staff but rather the ownership.

With that being our only concern from our day, overall, we had a great experience, and recommend this as a venue space.

My husband and I recently held our wedding here and I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and the staff. The venue is absolutely stunning! It’s so beautiful and has such an aesthetic you don’t need much done to it at all. That is one of the things I truly loved about this place it’s naturally beautiful so much natural light on the inside. The courtyard was spacious and stunning. I like how versatile and equipped this venue is there’s so many ideas you can come up with without having to be creative. There were PLENTY of bathrooms and private bathrooms for both the groomsmen and bridesmaids I loved this feature. I also would like to speak on the staff and how they were incredibly patient, kind, informative, and more. Whenever we called or had questions they were prompt to respond if we had any issues on our end planning wise they were so accommodating and there to help throughout the year long planning process. The days leading up to the wedding they were quick to respond, reached out anytime we weren’t responsive, Nancy handled a lot do the behind the scenes work for us and on the day of the wedding Amanda was there early working her butt off to make sure all our visions came to life and to support us. Once again can’t say enough great things about this staff and venue I highly recommend!! We will definitely be sharing more professional information photographs when we receive them.

The venue is gorgeous from the aesthetic to the vibe. It's a full package as you have several ceremony and reception options between their outdoor and outdoor spaces. The bridal suit was stunning and very spacious. The groom's room was great also. Both made for great getting ready pics. The venue is spacious and accommodated our outside ceremony + indoor reception perfectly. Added bonus for handicap accessibility, this was very important as it accommodated my grandmother with ease! They partner with incredible vendors and have the friendliest + most helpful staff. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding or an event space! Truly made for the best day ever.

Beautiful venue! We had our micro wedding here. The pictures came out amazing. You dont need much decor honestly. The space has a great vibe to it already. Bridal suite is super cute. The ladies in the management office were very helpful and kind!

I love Venue at the Block. Amanda and the team took such great care of us through the whole experience. The venue is soooo beautiful. The bridal and grooms suite were incredible to get ready in. I received so many compliments from my guests about how beautiful the venue was. They took care of eveything I needed to make sure we had the day of our dreams. When the chairs were the wrong way for the rehearsal, they fixed it for me the morning of the wedding. I appreciate everything they did for us. Thank you!!

We were supposed to have our wedding there 2/4/2024 but were contacted months ago that they were closing end of 2023 and no longer doing weddings starting 2024. Now they are having a spring sale? So what was the real reasoning for cancelling our wedding and making us book with someone else?
