I am not one to write bad reviews because I know how difficult and stressful the customer service side of things can be, but I felt the need to write about how negative an experience my mom and I had during our trip here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We only had a couple of questions regarding items in stock, yet the rudeness and attitude received from both employees working was appalling. My mom and I walked out of there feeling pretty awful. We were friendly, polite, and just asking for some help. The store was not busy at the time and we were treated with such attitude and disrespect that I will no longer be coming to this location again. I realize saying this isn’t that big of a deal, and you will not lose revenue without us. But the principle of treating people so rudely needed to be addressed.

Every time I shop at this store the customer service is subpar. I get an attitude when I ask about a price because "there is a line". Well I'm 99% sure I'm going to buy the item so just scan it and let me know the price, it'd be a lot quicker than giving me an attitude about helping me.

We are shocked this place has such high reviews. Aside from the product and price point, we would never ever shop here. The customer service reps are lazy, can not be bothered by a single customer. Any time you want to view a product or have any questions; they huff, puff and make it seem like it’s some sort of work. We were recently there on Tuesday. My wife ended up buying $80 worth of items, however was left underwhelmed with the customer service. She probably would have walked away with more if her questions were answered.

I love Vera Bradley, this was my first time to visit this store and we went out of our way to come. The smaller dark older lady was not so nice at 5:20 pm she drags her step in the isle and says to my finance’ and I. Just so you know we are closing early so you should make a selection. We may even close early.. If I didn’t see something I was looking for I would have walked out without buying anything. We were there for gifts! Not only did I spend less then I would for, I may never buy from this store again!

My girlfriend, her friend, friend's daughter and myself visited the store for them to look around and the sales were excellent, they were very happy with it. Upon checking out, the older dark haired woman at the counter was very rude and pushy while asking questions and we remained polite. We did nothing wrong to provoke the behavior.
