If it weren’t for Matthew at the Fairhope location, I would have only left one star. He helped me through an ordeal and went above and beyond to get my issue fixed.

Was charged tax twice. Was also charged a non-negotiable setup fee for a setup they didn’t even do. Spent 2 hours on chat with corporate cleaning up a line that they left open after assuring me everything had been canceled out. Save yourself time and drive up to Malbis or Foley

Israel is such a delight to work with. Observing him helping those before me, he was friendly, met their needs, and showed his knowledge all while greeting everyone who came in and handling everyone to their satisfaction and in a timely manner.

I thought I had to leave Verizon to get the better deal from a competitor. Israel took the time to really understand what I was looking for and why I was considering switching. He then scoured the promotions and found me an even better deal with Verizon! I'm extremely impressed and satisfied!

The Customer Service rep, Mitchell, went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of was incredibly kind and helpful and endured we had a positive experience from check in to check out. He is definitely an asset to the store that should be appreciated.

Just upgraded my phone and account, something I had been (dreading) putting off… but, Israel was awesome! He is great at his job and he helped me with every question and want I had. I was in and out way quicker than I feared and I’m posting on my new phone now. 5 Stars Plus!! If you need Verizon assistance, I highly recommend this location.
