I've had the pleasure of living here for 5 years now and me and my roommate love this place , they amenities are amazing. We have been using the fire place a lot lately in this nice cold weather , we use the gym regularly and also the pool when its open we absolutely love this place. However we have always had issues with work orders like plumbing leaks to ac not working to garbage disposal not working and sometimes we would go weeks without even a response. But within the last couple of months we have seen a complete turn around with maintenance staff , we have noticed that it is new guys working here so not sure if that was the issue but now we put in a work orders and within 24 hours someone is there to fix or even same day . Even after hours we had called due to our ac not working and within 1 hour Alex was there to fix our ac. Amazing work .We are very pleased to say we will definitely be living here for years to come .

We had the MOST shocking move-in experience possible with Verona. The apartment had clearly not been inspected and was nowhere near move-in ready.
- Lights not working.
- Smoke Detector detached.
- Doors not on hinges and just leaning against walls.
- NO WORKING TOILETS FOR 3 days. This would have much been longer if I had not harassed the office.
- Cracked tiles.
- DIRTY BATHROOMS.
- Trash from prior residents that had been left for god knows how long. The day we moved in, I watched the guy open the bin, say F#$K this and left the trash. Took them 17 DAYS to finally remove it. Milk and Diary products that had expired months ago. YUKKK. That trash bin stinks and have requested it to be pressure washed. Surprise surprise - 6 weeks later and nothing has been done.
- Loose outlets
- Blinds detached/broken
- Bath Plugs broken
- Drawers peeling paint

Francy said getting 1 full month credit from all the problems should not be an issue to be added to our account. Gives us 1/3 month and expected us to be happy about it? After countless emails and trips to the office, get told there is nothing further to be done about this. Never heard back from Francy again, flatout ignore me. Funny thing, Half the issues are still outstanding.

Truthfully, cannot wait for the lease to end to move somewhere else. The whole situation has put a terrible taste in our mouths.

Edited : the company tells you to email them in their responses and still don’t get replies. Just read everyone’s reviews before committing to this place. Wish I did.

My daughter and her roommate experienced an electrical issue in their apartment at Verona at Boynton Beach. The issue was resolved with efficiency and true professionalism by Community Manager, Matthew Davis. Mr. Davis is to be commended for his communication throughout, and emphasis for making safety the number one priority. Thank you again, Mr. Davis for your patience and clarity in dealing with this issue.

I’ve been living in this community for almost two years. Everyone in the office are kind and helpful. I recently had some maintenance problems and Conrad Saunders, the maintenance technician, came over right away to assess the problems and get them fixed. He’s very professional and trustworthy.

We have been living in this complex since the end of September. Initially, I saw bad reviews and was a little tense, but in reality everything turned out to be much better. At the moment, I have not encountered the hostile or rude attitude that they talk about. Everyone in the office is always friendly and tries to help. I like the territory and like the apartments. It is also very nice that the office tries to hold some events for residents, for example, pizza days or gift wrapping for Christmas. I see how the workers try. Yes, there are some downsides, and sometimes you need to contact the office several times, but this is not critical. Believe me, we lived in the complex in Lake Worth for two years and during this time there was NEVER ANYTHING for the residents! I have something to compare with. There were downsides upon moving in and I want to be honest about them: 1) The apartment was not well cleaned and we had to wash the kitchen, bathrooms, floor and windows ourselves. It took 2 days. It was inconvenient because I have a small child, and not pleasant, but I am not afraid of dirty work, so I did not get upset over trifles. 2) There was a very dirty trash can near the door. I did not wait for it to be washed and washed it myself. 3) There were dirty air hoods, we also washed them ourselves. 4) The ceiling was not painted before moving in and was very dirty. A month later they came and painted the ceiling in the kitchen - thank you very much. The ceiling in the rooms and especially in the hall remained dirty. I think that we will paint it ourselves on our own. All other minor problems the team try to blue and help. In general, I can not say that it is bad to live here. I like the atmosphere and the apartments. Let's be honest for the price this is normal housing. And also, dirt and noise are the problem of the residents and not the team. If you do not litter, clean up after your dog and do not smoke in a common area, then everyone will be more pleasant to live.

New management team poorly executes everything they come across. The complex is dirty all around, and the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, not to mention extremely low staffed. Had to wait a total of 2 weeks in order to get my air conditioning fixed, and even then it still did not work. The hostility of the staff towards individuals living there is unacceptable. The hostility does not discriminate, either. I have seen it in action against, dogs, children, and adults. Seriously unbelievable.

I rarely take the time to write a bad review. However, I feel like this time, professionalism needs to be addressed. As a property manager, I understand the challenges of keeping everyone's quality of life above par, ensuring the environment is clean and appealing, and being trusted to have a relationship with the community that relies on you. This is not the case here; the pictures below show Verona´s employee willingness not to lead by example. This is why we are overrun with infestations; this is how they treat not only their place of employment but also where they live and where their neighbors live. I also have to bring up this specific individual´s behavior when it comes to interacting with the community. The rudeness, belligerence, and manner of speaking to the tenants is hostile and unhinged; especially towards the children. Shame
