What are great place. We just happened to stop in for a beer. Sat at the bar. Asked the bartender for a suggestion. Ended up with the Kentucky Bourbon Ale (X3). Turns out they were having a Jazz band in the house. What a great and pleasant surprise. Great 11 piece band! That's why we stuck around for a couple extra drinks. If ever I am back, I will stop in. Cheers!

Village Idiot Pub is reliable on hours and for straight up drinking. My issue are two items:

1. Screaming metal music is not inviting
2. The menu advertises 16oz drafts but they serve you in 14oz glassware. This is illegal and bad business practice. The pricing is high and assumes those extra ounces.

Do better and don't trick/deceive customers.

Not a restaurant but their beer and live music entertainment is the magic. Great service. It's a cultural magnet for the discerning beer afficionado. Cultured clientele frequent this high quality establishment. If you want to be your authentic self and enjoy the evening then we will see you there. Hannah and autumn will take good care of you and give you excellent service. They're the best. 😃

Small cool place to hang. It has indoor and outdoor seating. The outside area is small. Just beer and wine, no liquor. Food is minimal. Pretzels, grilled cheese, and chactuire. Pretzel is average size not huge. The dough is sweet. Not bad. Beer selection was decent. No outside service. Go in and order.

A really fun stop on our bar hopping adventure around Cocoa village. Here I tried one of their stouts. I really enjoyed it! They have a lot of games and things like darts. A friendly crowd, music that appealed to me as a millennial, and funny decor. A great spot.

Folks, treat yourselves, don't cheat yourselves! This is our go-to when we actually just want a peaceful, relaxing, "putlifeonholdforamoment", and breathe....🤓

She's rather partial to the Stiegl, which has wondrous grapefruit notes, and I'm a big fan of hoppy, bitter beers, such as their G13, both insanely cold and on tap!

This isn't your typical "grab a beer before this or that". There is entertainment value for everyone, whether you're into darts, Connect 4, and assorted board games (Yes, that's correct), if you're so inclined.

(PS if you want to donate a boardgame or two, I'm sure they won't complain! 🤓)

There is a lounge area for larger parties to get together and sample the various on-tap options, while relaxing and sharing one of the best charcuterie boards in town.

If you're into 'people watching', pictured below is the window seating arrangement where you can wrap yourself around a cold beer or glass of wine, and watch folks as they walk by. Quite often, there are functions and activities going on at the park, and for people like me, there's always opportunity to watch the muscle cars and trucks go by while sipping the suds!

More often than not, we'll grab our individual favorites and sit outside... In the parking lot... In the rocking chairs. If you're dodging the age bit, there are also picnic tables...! 🤣
