Loved the office setting, didn’t seem understaffed and chaotic like most clinics are these days. The young male MA who helped us was so very warm and really seemed compassionate about my 95 yr old grandmas care. He spoke to her and not over her making her feel very much like she mattered. Thank you and know your level of care is priceless in a world where elderly patients sometimes feel isolated and alone. The Dr also was very patient and seemed genuinely interested in helping us get my grandmother back on track with her meds, wrote out home health refferal and developed a plan of action that will no doubt have us comming back for future visits. We appreciate your patience with us in navigating such a journey caring for our beloved grandmother.

Wow! I’m so happy to have “ found “Dr. Alkourbah and her main woman ; Jasmine.. So nice and Professional; and caring . I definitely feel blessed being relatively new to Austin ; to have ‘hit it out of the Park’ on my first attempt to find a Dr. I can talk to and trust.

I was a previous patient of Dr. Booton. I left his practice due to finding another medical home closer to home. I decided to go back to Dr. Booton due to a change in employment that is closer to Dr. Booton's office. Dr. Alkourbah has taken over Dr. Booton's practice since he retired. I decided to see Dr. Alkourbah as my new Internist.

The staff is wonderful and caring. I have worked with physicians for nearly 40 years and I find Dr. Alkourbah to be warm, caring and knowledgeable. I could not ask for a better doctor. Thank you.

Came in for GI checkup, had a runny nose and front desk said they wouldn't see me for my GI symptoms unless I paid $80 for a covid test.

Went in to get physical paperwork completed.
I had gotten a physical 6 months prior so an actual physical wasn't completed. I am told in office that I would only be coded for an office visit for completing the paperwork.
A few weeks later I get a bill for over $300 with various other services.
After going back and forth with billing for a few months, the issue was resolved (shout out to Rebecca for the assistance).

Other than that the staff is nice and polite and Dr. Alkourbah was engaging and generous with her time on my previous visit, unlike a lot of physicians these days who you get maybe 5 minutes with.
