In the most honest way It was a bad experience due to wasting a 40 minute drive one way leaving my partners phone for 3 hours to just come back to the store and get told “ we had a little problem. Find my was still active “ That is something as an apple repair store you make sure to check before a customer leaves. No excuse. Also to then get told “we called you and emailed you “ who did you call the phone that was left ? Because no alternate phone number was taken down and on that note is due to your negligence of not making sure accurate contact info was left. Very dissatisfying experience over all. & for the tech who took in phone from the beginning , Please for dear life make sure you have all of your facts straight told my partner the beta needed to be off the phone to be able replace the screen then a week later to get a phone call saying that’s false is strike one . Second two is taking in the phone and just not confirming everything is in proper order for the fix . I do not need a reply , I just need you guys to do better .

I spoke with Apple and Thought my iPad was unrecoverable but I brought it to this business and was pleasantly surprised. They were personable and very helpful. And YES, they fixed my iPad in 3 hours. They didn't charge an arm and a leg but it was very reasonable. I Highly recommend this business. They ROCK!!

These guys are amazing!!! The back of my screen on my iPhone broke and part of my camera. I took it to Best Buy who told me the full phone had to be replaced, but I took it to these guys and with my Apple insurance they ordered the part and fixed it.. super happy with them!!!

Apple customer support sent me here to reset my phone. Called Visual Dynamics to confirm they can do it, had an appointment, was told that I didn't need it, could just walk in and get help with the reset. Drove 45 minutes in each direction. Employee with dark hair and glasses told me I could do this at home but I said I was nervous and would like help. He said its better to perform the reset directly on your phone because if you plug it into a device it could brick your phone, then you have to buy a new phone. I said thats horrifying. He said it costs $60 to have them perform the reset. I said thats fine. He said they will plug it into their machine. I said I would rather he didn't. He said you came here for our help and we are going to reset it using our machine. I said you just told me it is better to perform the reset directly on the phone so I would rather you not plug it in if you don't have to. He told me they would be unable to help me and said he was refunding the $60 back to my card. I would not recommend going here even if you were desperate. Bite the bullet and drive to the Apple store in Orlando, its not worth driving all the way here just to be refused help by a rude guy with glasses.

I cannot speak to the other reviews on this location, just that my experience was good. I broke my laptop screen, it was cracked. They ordered the part, got it in quickly, and fixed my screen within a few days. The people here were helpful, and kind. The fix was a bit pricey, but Apple itself is also pricey. For not being close to an Apple store, this place worked for me.

My phone was locked and screen went black I was referred to them by my local cellular provider. The customer service was outstanding he had my phone working in 5 min. I can’t thank them enough, I didn’t realize how much I depend on it. It was worth the hour drive highly recommend.

I was recommended to go here by Apple. It was a big waste of time. They ran diagnostics after unpairing my watch from my phone and said everything was fine. As soon as I repaired it to my phone, the issues started again. LMAO! The issue I came in for is still not fixed after my device sat in your store for five days. And to make matters worse, the worker that assisted me had a “I couldn’t care less about you and your problems” attitude the moment I walked into the store to drop off my device. And continued with that same non-caring attitude when I went to pick it up. I told him that I wanted to give him three pieces of constructive criticism. He looked at me and said before you said “Before you say anything, I have cancer and I really don’t wanna hear it.” Then he proceeds to walk away. I don’t know if he was lying or telling the truth about his cancer diagnosis, but my words to him are, I’m so very sorry about your cancer diagnosis and I know that’s not an easy thing to go through. But if things are really that bad, then maybe you don’t need to be working in a customer service position anymore. Instead, please put your health and your mental well-being first because people are going to expect you to care when they come to your establishment with a problem. Maybe this is not the right time or place for you at this moment. May you find healing and peace. ❤️
