This is the worst place. The units have shoddy workmanship in them and there seems to be no compassion from anyone that works here. The management is not that great and when you come to them with a complaint they want to blame you. They do not take care of the property as they should and they seem to not care. I would expect when we are paying a ton of money that they would take care of their renters because without us they do not make money. All the care about is money and not who rents from them. They do what they can to get you in but after that it’s nothing.

Submitted a work order to have batteries changed in a smoke detector. The work order was completed, but the best part was while they were there, they fixed an additional item that came up after the work order have been placed.

Vlux provides fun events and friendly staff! No place is perfect but I refuse to live anywhere else because of the fun experience I now have.

We found Vlux over a year ago and had moved into a 1 bed and during that lease decided to upgrade.. and the process was simple and easy..fees were not to bad to transfer to another unit… boy we wish we never didn’t! Yes they are nice to you at first to get you in the door and sign a lease great people in the office.. but getting ahold via phone is impossible then the number in the resident app takes you to the other Vlux and the women there was snarky and unpleasant and explained we would have to look up the right number! (She finally gave it to us) but with still no answer. maintenance staff is not so pleasant and does ok work. Are biggest issue ever is mainly the internet and Direct Tv which is $175 a month as a tech package that they provide. We have been going back and forth for over months with the leasing office and mereo due to the internet being out almost weekly, And our direct tv being cancelled recently! Both saying that we need to contact either the office or them to get help and neither have provided any sorta help! When I got a call back from the direct tv guy it was for a complete other unit he was referring to when we transferred mind you when we transferred we received a direct tv box and everything was working for several months then they cancelled our direct tv while living at our new place! This is ridiculous and theft! They also don’t tell you all the fees. You will be getting charged for common area gas, water and electricity which is not in my charges for my lease! I’ve been patient and we regret even transferring units! Things have been falling off doors and even when we transferred units the backyard had weeds up to the fence height we have 2 dogs you would think as luxurious this place seems to be they would take care of it. I had to. Makes you really think if they walk the property before move ins. A lot of these complaints we have been holding off complaining about as to us these things seemed to be minor but are becoming issues.

Update no one reach out to us about these issues! We decided to break our lease and ask for mutual termination and they denied it unfortunately we need valid ongoing internet for work so we can pay there pay checks! Every time this was brought up they would always say well if yours is down ours is down but there phones were functional at the time when the internet was down which they said ran off internet and our other unit we lived in had no issues. Simply don’t move here they don’t care. Go get a whole home for the same price and same area and don’t get robbed won’t recommend this place nor sister community’s.

Nothing Luxury abouth this place way overpriced... The internet ALWAYS goes out....half the houses here are empty for a reason the late fees for a day or two late are ridiculous and the walls are so thin on shared apartments.... The AC UNITS are so old and loud and the bathrooms are nasty same with the floors.

*RESPONSE TO VLUX COMMENT "I've reached out many times you guys do things at your own pace" We as residents know you don't care and are trying to do damage control on the MANY BAD REVIEWS. Moving OUT TODAY!! SCHNEPF FARMS WAY BETTER

The internet and TV that we are required to have to live here has been down for the past 2 nights. When contacting moreo for a credit they say talk to the property. The property says talk to moreo. The customer is without proper service. I would never have moved here if I had known about the poor internet and tv.

Now my ac is not working. Went out on Friday and i was told the vendor would be out on Monday. They put in 3 portable acs. They work fine if you are right in front of them. If you move 5 feet away it is 95 degrees. On Monday I am now told not till Tuesday. I am told that they have to follow protocol. These people do not understand customer service at all. When things happen you have to take care of your customers not be concerned about protocol!

Edit: While they were really nice, they were not very up front about all the fees. I was told certain fees would be refunded should we decide not to go through with the lease. Lost a couple hundred just trying to apply.

I found these apartments while searching online and decided to just stop in. Scott and the others were more than accommodating and were able to show us a few of the available properties.
