Latera Brooks is an amazing attribute to this humble, yet welcoming and uplifting store. She is so bubbly, and extending her warm smile that you can't help, but feel welcome. The store has great positive vibes, and honest pricing! i do believe this business has a good cause, but should pick their staff more wisely to represent that cause. i came here with my friends to look around, because thrifting is a hobby of mine. shortly after coming in, the lady at the cashier counter gave the most nastiest glares at my friends and i, she made such rude remarks such as “god will strike those who steal” and “if you’re not buying anything get out”, essentially accusing us of stealing with no reasoning behind it, just the fact that we are teenagers. how could this woman even call herself a christian after making an attempt to judge us and humiliate us for simply shopping? we walked in here with the comfort that because it is a christian and charitable business, that it would be a warm and comforting welcome, we were quickly proved wrong and will not be returning here again.

cashier greeted us with the worst attitude ever. she kept making remarks on us to not steal because we’re teenagers. She verbally said “god strike people that steal” referring to us. This was not a good experience, store needs to be shut down.

Updated: Closed, though the sign on the bottom right said open, and it did say on Google that it was open. When we arrived there this morning, I don't believe the hours on google had said the store times may vary during the holidays, but now it does. Thanks for the clarification.

Small non-profit thrift store adjacent to a food bank. Parking lot was tight and hard to navigate. Friendly staff. Recommended if you are looking to donate items. I am a reseller and didn't feel right purchasing items there to resell. Seems more like a place to go before or after your stop at the food bank. I will donate items in the future, but leave the buying to those in need.

I come often to Well of Hope thrift store to get great prices on clothes and collectible items. Today I found a double recliner for a good price there. I was looking to find a couch for my parents for quite awhile. I have to say that after I bought the couch the crew did not stop there. They helped me by loading it in my car and tying it down securely. Thank you Well of Hope.
