Es un buen concesario y realizan bien el servicio de cambio de aceite. Mi recomendacio. es que deberian tener atencion en español en la parte de taller. Los señores que atienden no se muestran muy dispuestos cuando el cliente no habla ingles como fue mi caso y descuidan el servicio al.cliente olvidando que igual somos clientes y pagamos por.un servicio.

My experience is not directly with Whaling City, but with one of your technicians who assisted me nearby.
It’s 25F. I was stopped at a local gas station, trying to figure out how to work my jack stand to change out a (VERY OBVIOUS) flat tire. Cold and tired from working all day, and now trying to figure this nonsense out.
Last time I changed a tire out for a spare was 12 years ago, and this was obvious.
He stopped by me, sitting on the spare figuring this out, and asked if I needed help.
Without hesitation, I said yes, and he proceeded to go over all the pieces I had out, and also explained step by step what he was doing so I would know in the future. He made sure the spare tire PSI was correct before leaving, and wished me a safe drive home.
If this is how their staff is off hours, I can only imagine how kind and understanding they are on the clock. I will update this review when I stop by and grab his name on Friday.

I had the most wonderful experience buying my Jeep at My Whaling City, Joe Lamonica was fantastic to work with and made the whole process so easy. Everyone I interacted with there was so easy going and they all took away the "car salesman stigma" that I was expecting when going to a dealership. If you are looking for an enjoyable car buying experience this is the place to go, highly recommended!

I absolutely despise car dealerships. My Whaling City is not your typical car dealership. They're fair, quick, friendly, and really build long-term relationships with you. Love my CX-50. Ask for Joe, you won't be disappointed.

I just picked up my new Mazda CX-90 at Whaling City Auto Group. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The whole team at Whaling City made me feel like I was apart of the family. They really took the time to make sure all my needs were met. Even the owner Filippo made sure to take time out of his busy day and thank me for my business. Highly recommend if your looking to buy or service a car!

Such shoddy work in the service department. I would never go there again.
Not only did they refuse to replace a recalled part from Mazda, they charged me to repair everything else except for the part that turned out to be the problem!!!!
Then when they did finally "repair" the recalled part they "forgot" to clamp the coolant hose back on which caused my daughter to be stranded on I-95 for hours. Now they won't refund me the AAA towing charge let alone all the bills for their "repair" scam. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! (picure of coolant hose not attached is here - I have videos of the mechanic who opened the hood explain how bad they are too)
