They were very efficient and fast. The tech, Jay, who came was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a fox that had died of distemper on our patio. Thank so much to Jay from Wilkins Wildlife &Bedbug 911! Birds were getting into the vents of our house and causing all kinds of problems. We could hear them inside the house and they built nests in our dryer vent. After a few failed attempts of having vent cleaners and contractors come out and supposedly fix the problem-nothing had changed.
After some research and reading great reviews about Jay on social media,I scheduled him to come out. He was very personable and knowledgable and quickly got to the root of the problem. He removed the birds and nests/debris and installed caged vents . He even customized a vent at home and installed it the next day.
We were impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he didn't "put a bandaid on it" but got to the root of the problem.

I called Wilkins wildlife because I had squirrels in my outbuilding that I use for an office. They came out and inspected first and then came back with traps, video surveillance, and the whole 9 yards! The whole thing was professional from start to finish. They even came back for a follow up to make sure that it hadn’t been reinfested. It was also important to me that they were humane to the animals. I wasn’t trying to kill squirrels, I just needed them relocated. Jay and his son Aulstin ans well ans their receptionist are professionals and did a really awesome job! I recommend them 100%. A+++!

I recently had Jay and his son Austin install new seals on my garage doors of my house and shop, and I am very impressed with their service. They showed up when they said they would, was very professional, and completed the job efficiently. They replaced old seals with rodent proof rubber seals and even custom painted the new trim pieces to match my doors.

Absolutely delightful experience. One might think that getting rid of snakes in a house is awful but the team at Wilkins made it a really good experience. Not only did I learn a lot about snakes but I can see that Wilkins really really cares about the wildlife they are "relocating. They were helpful without being " salesy" and they were on time. Also the person answering the phone was wonderful and calmed me down on my snake issue. Ten stars!
