The most magical, amazing store I've ever been to. The owners and staff are all incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is incredible, with great music and art. Selection is always changing and has a great variety. Their sizing and sorting methods are unique but provide a much needed improvement to the thrift store experience. They also carry local art, plants, and other products you wouldn't expect from a thrift store. Stop in, you won't regret it!

I have been shopping with WBT since their exclusively online days. They have curated an amazing inclusive community both on and off line- and all of my most favorite thrift finds are from here! The vibes here are fantastic. WBT is my favorite thrift store. Plenty of witchy, quirky items and sizing that actually makes sense! I love that they're invested in helping their community by holding events and running a community fund (free clothes for people in need). I feel safe here. They're an hour long drive for me and worth every minute.
I'd love to see them expand or add a space for studying/co-working/hanging out. Can't wait to visit again!

Love love this place! Will definitely come back the next time I’m in NH! Super cute items on every wall. What felt like a 10-15 minute walk around the store was actually an hour! My friend and I also got amazing recommendations from Eva, who was incredibly nice and welcoming!

Loved this thrift store! The person at the front, I think her name was Eva (?) was sweet and helpful!
The items are on theme with the witch vibe. The decorations are awesome!
The clothes are in great shape and very organized. The prices were pretty reasonable. There are a few useful and affordable items you can get if you don’t want to break bank! Eg incense, gemstones, and accessories.

I was visiting the town with my friend and I fall in love in that store! A lot of nice unique pieces, friendly staff, amazing atmosphere. Several small businesses also sell over there, which is great! I got few things from here and can’t be happier!

I have had nothing short of phenomenal experiences with WBT. I started visiting their storefront years ago when they were located in Bridgeport CT, and I have been a huge fan of their new space since they relocated to New Haven. The shop is centrally located and easy to get to from any direction, their offerings are always fresh, interesting, size inclusive, and beautifully curated, and the staff is The Best Of The Best (TM). It can be your very first time visiting, and their openness and warmth will make you feel not just like a longtime regular, but an old friend. Beyond the thrift shop element of the store, they also host many community-centric events (concerts, puppet shows, classes, burlesque, etc.), and are focused on community outreach and support, both artistic and beyond, giving back via their community fund and other efforts. They're a treasure to have in town - I can't recommend them enough, and encourage anyone in New Haven to stop in!

Checks every box for an incredible thrifting experience: clean, organized, well-maintained and regularly updated inventory, excellent customer service, well lit, uniform sizing chart, and YOU CAN EVEN GET ALTERATIONS DONE IN THE SHOP.
Cute events and film screenings after hours. Love love love this spot! <3
