Living here has been a wonderful experience. The property is well-maintained, and the maintenance and management team are exceptional.

Carlos and Joe, on the maintenance team, are incredible—always responsive and quick to address any issues, though problems are rare. When something does come up, they handle it and are always pleasant to interact with.

Natalia and Gary are also great. Their attention to detail is evident, and they do a great job keeping residents informed of any changes around the complex. Their efforts in organizing community events make this place feel even more welcoming.

The grounds are very clean, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. Either the neighbors are very quiet, or the walls are well-insulated because noise is never an issue.

Overall, this is a great place to live, and I highly recommend it.

This apartment complex is a wonderful place to live. The community is beautifully maintained, thanks to the diligent and responsive maintenance team (Carlos and Joe!), as well as the cleaning crew. They keep the grounds and our buildings pristine and always handle any issues quickly and efficiently. The neighbors are friendly, and we love having a dog park just a few steps away! Definitely a safe, top notch community - highly recommend!

I found Woodside last May while looking for a Trumbull apartment for my Mom, who was moving up from Florida. I wanted a convenient location, reasonable price to fit in her budget, on-site maintenance, a pool and dog friendly. A long list of must haves but I found it at Woodside!

Natalia and Gary were wonderful to work with giving me tours of various units and answering all my many questions. My Mom has been very happy living at Woodside. They are so kind and helpful. The monthly get togethers they host in the clubhouse are always delicious and fun and a good way to meet other residents.

The maintenance men Carlos and Joey are wonderful and as soon as she puts in a maintenance request they are at her door!

The grounds are beautiful and well kept up with residents always out walking their dogs or playing in the on site dog park and the lobby and common areas are so clean and well taken care of.

Overall she is very happy to live here and I’m lucky to have the piece of mind she is in a safe, beautiful apartment with caring management!

Staff is great. Love the community, & apartment is beautiful. Great amenities and so much around the area. I would give more stars if I could. Natalia helped me with the leasing process. She’s perfect and deserves a raise. Also, Shoutout to the maintenance guys Carols & Joe. They respond and handle requests quickly and efficiently. Always great running into Carlos, he always has a smile on his face.

Hard to believe I'm starting my 3rd year as a WT resident and I have loved every minute of living here! I will dearly miss Darshell and Kevin who are the ultimate Dream Team (wishing them all the best at their new Greystar property)! CARLOS is the absolute best -- he keeps our property pristine and works tirelessly to do so, and always with a smile and a wave hello! So grateful for the nicest new team members: Gary, Natalia and John and all of the amazing cleaning crew who are always around keeping things tip-top here amongst the Trumbull trees. If you want to live amongst neighbors who feel like family/friends, this is THE place!

Carlos Reyes and Joe Keller in the maintenance department are outstanding, attentive, and responsive professionals that keep this community running. My wife and I have been there since 2021 and these two gentlemen have been the best I’ve seen!
