The staff here makes my visits even better when I drive over to World Market to stock up on wine. They are so helpful and it is evident that they enjoy their jobs. I go down every aisle, every time, and I always find something unique for myself or to give as a gift. But the wine is my #1 reason for the trip, because here I can find 7 and 8 dollar bottles where they are 12 to 20 dollars at my local liquor store. The selection is impressive, and there are all price points for those not necessarily looking for quantity. But if you are like me, just know there is no shame in filling up that basket, because the savings are fantastic. *You do not get a discount on the rewards card for alcohol purchases.

I used to love this store, but over the past few months the customer service has become abysmal. If you go be prepared for all employees interactions to be with a Karen. I was really taken back by my last few interactions with employees there

The store is nice but the cashier who checked us out had a nasty attitude. Like me asking her a question about a different location bothered her. Training in customer service is a must. If you don’t feel like doing your job, stay at home.

Great store. Friendly employees. Line was long but checked out quickly. Would shop here again. The wipes offered at the entrance were dry & could not be used for germ safety.

Lots of great deals here everytime we visit. The food section has lots of items that I have not seen anywhere else before. We also love the old time soft drinks. They have a large selection of different brands of root beer. The staff is always very nice and helpful.
