Yo busque el citio en google mire que tenia comentarios bueno y comentarios malos fui a muchos lugares y Fui a este lugar y desde que entre a la tienda la persona super amable me atendio y compre 2 juegos de cuarto, juego de sala, juego de comedor y mattress y recibi mi mercadería el sabado todo llego intacto me encanto las personas de delivery armaron todo como si era para ellos que lo hacian y con honestidad y sinceridad yooo recomiendo este lugar,, por que fui a ashley furniture y y fui a otros lugares y no me gusto como me atendieron ni sus precios,, definitivamente yo regreso por lo que me falta ,, GRACIAS

I would like to share my disappointing experience with Zabdi Furniture. About three months ago, I purchased a bedroom set from this store, paying in cash with no financing. I had previously heard rumors about the poor quality of their furniture, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with the purchase.

The delivery took approximately three days, and everything was assembled rather quickly. At first, everything seemed fine. However, after just one month, the bed frame collapsed—the support beams that hold up the mattress gave way. I have no idea how this happened, but it was extremely frustrating.

I made several attempts to visit the store in person to file a complaint, but every time I went, they were closed. Eventually, I found them open one day and was able to speak with an employee. She informed me that the owner, who is also her husband, had assembled the furniture himself and that he would be happy to come and fix the issue.

Despite her assurances, days passed, and no one ever came to repair the damage. I reached out to the owner’s wife via text, expressing my frustration in a respectful manner. Instead of receiving any assistance or an apology, I was met with insults and was even directed to another furniture store.

This was a terrible customer service experience. Once they made their sale, they clearly had no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this business.

Me and my sister went to that palace yesterday after we saw a review. The peoples are nice , store is nice. We look around check their stuff. Look at some mattress and yes the person review is right about what they saying about those mattress.
