Bought 2 hot meals at the deli, but could not pay at the deli because the deli cashier station was closed, so I tried 3 different cashier lines during the next HALF HOUR but the inexperienced cashiers and managers were encountering cash register or credit card system issues. Finally had to use the self serve station and eat COLD FOOD.

This was the worst problem I've ever encountered at a Food City. They USED TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP AND EAT. No more!

Very nice store, clean and well stocked. I have a friend who loves Sushi and it's made fresh everyday here. It doesn't come in frozen as it does at some of the other locations which only have a Very Limited Choice. Here There's a Wide Selection to Choose from, I seen the Sushi Chef making it Myself. This location also has a Butcher shop with a great selection of Steak's that are already cut thick and not paper thin. Guess if you like Yours Two inches Thick and I do, Here You Go.

Brand new Food City! Been waiting for this to open. Very conveniently located. Spotless. Large deli with buffet line and very nice eat-in dining area. At the back is another area with seafood and a nice variety of marinated steaks, chicken, ka-bobs, stuffed salmon, crab cakes, etc. Fresh sushi being made the right way right in front of you. Delicious!

I shop here every Friday/ Saturday. This is the cleanest Food City I have been at and it is always very well stocked. All the workers are very kind and helpful.

They've moved from a three to a one. I hit the meat dept button twice with no answer there were a couple of us out there waiting for service. Always the same thing then a manager came back and said well I guess just have to wait for him to get off break totally unacceptable. This is the button that you can push as many times as you like but no one will ever come to help you

The assistant manager approached me and insinuated that I was stealing because he saw something in my buggy I forgot. Instead of approaching me and letting me know I left something in my buggy under my purse he was rude and made the comment are you sure you don't have anything else on your person that you forgot to pay for . I work in management and he deserves to be wrote up or fired this is unacceptable, unprofessional and despicable.
