This store is absolutely amazing. There is room after room of items ranging from every season holiday decor to shower hoses. Everything is one dollar or less..hGive yourself some time here because you will have a hard time leaving. I left with a metal toilet paper stand that holds a roll, 2 muffin pans, 3 scarves, one mens dress shirt, pair of shorts for my 7 yr old, a jute rope over 12 fr in length, one pottery vase, one glass vase and about 10 large artificial flowers about 6 in or bigger in diameter all for a grand total of less than ten dollars! The store is in a plaza located off Meadowcrest Blvd in Crystal River between Citrus County Chronicle and Citrus County Tax Collectors office.

Place looks great, much more organized then the past, staff is so friendly and helpful finding anything you need. Lots of books to choose from, and tons of unique Christmas decor

This Store is awesome!!
Can't beat the prices either.
Everything is a 1.00 and under.
The store owner is friendly and is always restocking.
This store DOES take debit/credit cards but the owner has been out of the store and her cashier isn't set up with machine yet. But, the cashier can take your card and call the owner and run it over the phone which will generate you a receipt immediately to your phone. I've had them do it for me and I've never had any issues!!
This store has a wide variety of things....
This store is worth shopping at if you haven't been here.
you may be surprised with what you find for only a 1.00.
Plus she runs bag sales from time to time too.

Excellent thrift store. Everything is 1.00 or less. Huge selection of items. I especially like the extremely well organized room full of DVD's and CDs. Even some cassettes and VHS tapes.
I found some really good clothing treasures. And the kids found plenty of toys.
I highly recommend this store for anyone that likes to shop thrift stores or yard sales.

While everything is only a dollar, this place needs a good cleaning and organizing and lessons on customer service. There was open makeup that looked like it was from the 90s and the other ones were expired. The guy there would not leave me alone so I could shop. The toys were all gross and grimey. It felt like I was walking in to an episode of "Hoarders" and it was bad. There's just too much stuff and so little space.

I found lots of different things here and it was my first time going so I honestly didn't know what I was going to find. It's not your basic thrift store but does have a lot of the same things in a thrift store. But it has a lot of other things that you'll find in a dollar store. Which I loved that I can find things from the dollar store and a thrift store in one place. Everything is a dollar or less. I spent more than I had planned on but that's okay because that means I found a lot there. I would definitely recommend going here just to check it out and maybe you'll find some goodies like I did.

Money Savers Thrift is located in a strip of businesses on Meadowcrest, between the Citrus County Voters Registrar and the Citrus Chronicle plant. They have been open at this location for over a year. Hours of operation are somewhat limited, but the deals are incredible. Today was my first visit, and I was lured in by a sign that said everything was just $1 each. The owner Karen greeted me and confirmed everything was a dollar or less with the exception of furniture pieces. A special that day was stuffing plastic shopping bags with toys and/or clothes for $3/bag. The store is maze like, as it consists of several interconnected rooms winding around the back. The store was packed to the gills with merchandise. It was orderly, with like items together in areas. Check out my pictures and video clips that I uploaded to get an idea of what could be found here. I plan to come back every 2 to 3 weeks to see what new treasures I can get for a dollar. I took advantage of the $3 bag of clothing sale and bought 2 that I filled with Onesies (baby one piece outfits) to donate to the local abuse shelter -- 35 Onesies for $6 -- a great deal for both me and the babies in that shelter. I found other treasures that are coming home with me and some I am gifting to friends. You can find personal products, Hot Wheels, clothes for men, women, children, hardware and tools, kitchenware, linens, office supplies, tons of decorations for holidays and parties, along with home decor, CDs and DVDs for a dollar each or 11 for $10, books, pet supplies, nursery supplies, big bins of toys (another stuff a bag for $3 special), and much more! Karen buys out store inventory, and also picks up leftovers from businesses that closed or moved or people's household belongings leftover after moving or passing away, or leftover from yard sales, and sells all non furniture items for the bargain basement rate of $1 OR LESS per item. She prefers cash payments (who doesn't?) but is able to accept major credit cards as payment, too. There is plenty of free off street parking in front of the store. Call Karen if you have sellable items to give her or call her to see if she's open (sometimes she opens on Saturdays, but not often). She is working on opening a second location. Come visit this hidden discount gem and save money on your own treasures!! 👍
