They stayed open for me to drive from Palm Bay all the way there for my son that passed on his birthday! I was able to get floating lanterns at 50% off too!! Amen to that and they had his favorite color! I wish they had one in Melbourne still!!

We got an amazing special and went to redeem it on a Saturday. We usually don't go on weekends, especially before a big celebration like the fourth of July because we know it's gonna be packed. But to our surprise it wasn't that busy. Even so that we had one of the staff members, Ryan, help us out. He was very informative and helped put our show together. We left being members for 3 years and ready for the fourth. I will only purchase fireworks from Phantom fireworks!

All the employees are super nice, there were 2 young girls handling the floor and I was so impressed, with their nice and helpful approach, they make a great team.

The store is very nicely stoked with all sorts of fireworks. I was so pleased to see the actual explosions with their QR display on my phone. That way we knew what we were getting.

Stopped by on June 23rd around 4pm. Most associates were very nice. They left an old "manager sale" sign on the floor that I didn't realize was old until I went to check out. I asked if they would honor the sign but unfortunately the "computers wouldn't allow it" according to Tyler and Kat, the lead and manager of the store. Seems silly and an easy thing to do to make a happy customer. Won't be coming here again.
