Great place! Brought my car in because I was severely overdue for an oil change and my brakes were shot. It was very easy to book online and didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment. The staff was very friendly and informative without being pushy and upselling which I really appreciate as a woman who doesn't know much about cars who often gets taken advantage of at other auto shops. I really appreciate Matt in the service department keeping me up to date and giving me all the info I needed and more. Service was also very fast compared to other places I have gone and the prices were very good. I will definitely be going back for all future maintenance.

I brought my car in for a tire replacement after a low tire pressure warning, and the team seemed friendly, offering a fair price. However, the low tire pressure sensor issue wasn't resolved. Later, I received a "stop driving now" warning, and despite asking the shop to thoroughly inspect the hybrid drivetrain and car as a whole, they dismissed my concerns, attributing it to the tire pressure light. I had to argue with them to please check. Well they told me they inspected it and all was good. I paid $50 to fix the sensor, and drove off. Then on the highway I received the same “stop driving now” warning, except this time my car forcibly decelerated and I almost had a serious accident due to the unresolved issue. Another shop confirmed that the drivetrain and transmission were the real problems. United Auto shop was negligent, dismissive, and unprofessional, with the boss screaming at employees. This experience brought my review down to 2 stars. If you need something simple like a tire rotation, you should be fine, but if you’re looking to resolve a potentially more serious problem, do not go here, especially if you’re a woman. Completely hand-waived my concerns away and could have gotten me killed. Should have trusted my gut.
